Man, on Jun 16 it will be 60 days since they received the response to my RFIE and I can call again. Nothing has happened and it seems like nothing is moving forward. Chicago seems to be slow.  

Anyone else find it EXTRA annoying when you put a comment about your USCIS status and someone always has to put
 
‘There are people from January 1989 still waiting so calm down’.
 
Yes Susan I am well aware of this as most of us here have been on the K1 or Spousal journey so we know how it works so calm yourself down, we are still allowed to talk about our case too 🙄🙄🙄🙄

I - 485 interview schedueled  in the week of May 20 . I have the exact date , just don' t want to post  it . Detroit  office . 
 
 

Guys! Mine just got updated to ‘Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview’. Does this mean I don’t get an RFE? (I was expecting one since I didn’t give in the 2018 tax return?!)  IM SO HAPPY

Update:
Yesterday I e mailed them and told them  I need to see my case online.   About 5 hours later they took the mony of my account and I got all my notices  texted to me

Hi. This happened to me. My package was recieved 03/06/19 and didn’t hear anything from them until 03/26/19 (20 days after). I had called them like 3 times. I think the last call I made triggered them responding. The official that answered the last time helped send a Query to the lockbox and gave me a confirmation number for reference. That night I recieved 6 text messages with receipt notice/number, so I can track my case online now. So I think you should keep calling until the right official respond.

Thank you  you realy made me feel better  this morning knowing that there is more of us out there waiting. I will  give you an update if I hear anything from my side

Further to my posts yesterday, I am delighted to say USCIS has finally taken the visa fee of $1225. Never have I been so happy to see money coming OUT of my account lol! 😂
 
We posted the packet on Thursday, March 7th, it arrived and was collected Saturday, March 9th and until today we have heard nothing and no funds were drawn. We sent it USPS tracked to the lockbox in Chicago.  I was starting to worry that my application might have gone missing, so I called USCIS yesterday to inquire and as if by magic we are now seeing movement.
 
So relieved. 

Thank God, I received the text messages last night. That took forever , I feel relieved.
