Applied on April 26, got scheduled for interview today in San Antonio office. It took 30 days. Should I be worried? Is this common?

I know that feeling - waiting is the hardest part with the immigration process. I just want it to be my turn already.
I'd even be fine with a transfer notice or RFE at this point, as it means at least someone touched our case and it's moving.

being sponsor is not that responsibility. by putting you there she will be make sure that you won't need help from government such as food stamps etc. just tell her that you will work and help her, she doesn't have to take care of you.. good luck

I found this info saying that it's List C.... I gotta show them what is what. HR manager doesn't know what kinda document is i751 extension..

Update:HR manager called and said they will run e verify and as long as you passed the e verify we have no problem with it . And she wanted to see documents sent them scanned image. So is that a good news?

My recent job is contractor under the company that just hired me. I'll tell them that also I've been working with you guys as contractor with same letter

it is too late for that now. and also i went with 2 years green card to SSN office and they said i need 10 years green card for that
Thank you i have printed out some information about i-751 extension letter from employer's handbook. and thank you also because i didn't know about department of justice could help
