If you enter after your 2 year wedding anniversary, then you should get the IR1 and NOT the CR1. If you get the IR1 then you will get the 10 year green card and will NOT have to do Removal of Conditions. Don't worry

as hard and frustrating as it is, that is the situation
immigration to the US is a privilege not a right, and sometimes that privilege takes a long time to receive

I do not think anyone said there is a problem, you are in AP, no one can tell you why or what the holdup is, there is nothing you can do to speed up AP

no, you cannot and should not ASSuME anything when it comes to how long AP will take, for some people it is weeks, others months, and I know of cases that have lasted years

In that case there is nothing more you can do
There is no time frame for AP completion and no way to speed it up
 

Logged in to the ceac website shows “issued”. So excited! Finally we have been in AP since 10/25. When should I expect to get our package with passport?

And finally it's done! I heard the golden words today 'Your Visa is approved' and I jumped with joy. I was so relieved that I couldn't control my excitement and the interviewer shared my joy. What a day!

Being too eager with Immigration is a red flag. It is like you are directing their thoughts to what you want them to think. Sitting quietly directly behind (if possible) those classy windows at Embassies so you make eye contact with the IO is a great idea. I think it is a great idea to go. (They are 'usually' pretty good to US Citizen Petitioners because we can complain about bad treatment to our Senators etc...).
 
Good to see India allows. Kenya Embassy refused my spouse to come with me. (security was the reason given which is baloney)

Yes , you can just go and sit inside the embassy with her but don't go at the window with your spouse unless they ask for it .

They asked how we met and I the petioner explained thru fb and I made a comment that my now husband liked and commented on. And we began speaking on what's app so the comment of fb screenshot was provided and what's app chats from before marriage.
 
It's not abnormal for them to ask for messages or proof of courting before marriage.

Why trying to complicate all this?
Just find a person in the US.

To retain as many options as possible, you should probably move on, getting a divorce as soon as possible. The sooner you divorce, the sooner he doesn't have any further claims on your money or future income. After that you can sort out the options of staying in the USA or moving back to France or some other country.
 
One final note... if you do divorce and stay, realize that not all American men are game playing leeches. Perhaps you'll find someone better.

Don't worry. The same thing happen to my husband. Andrews didn't send his medical records to the embassy before our interview, but once they received it like a week later his visa was printed and ready for pick up. Andrews is the worst by the way. 

Get a lawyer... I don't think this is a DIY case.
