In addition to enter household member information in your I-864 (Section 6), you need to add Household member  just like petitioner under AOS section (NVC site) and upload all documents for the household member there provided you have not done so. It may be available to upload documents after few days. Not sure how you did it?

I am US Citizen and like to apply i130 for my married sister. I know its going to take more than 15 years. Can I just apply i130 for her right now and once her PD would be current after 15 years than add her husband and two babies names or should I add her husband and babies name right now in the petition?
I would prefer to apply only for her right now if I can but I want to make sure its not going to be problem to add her babies in petition in future. I appreciate if someone can guide me.

For parents its IR5. But the wait times are similar for both IR1 and IR5 in Pakistan.

Documentarily Qualified - at NVC, after submitting all supporting docs - when they’ve been checked and approved the case is then added to the queue for an interview date if the PD is current.

Derivatives' birth certificates will be required at NVC stage, 15+ years or so from I-130 filing date.  More than enough time to get the birth certificates corrected.

Her husband and children are potential derivatives, and the instructions do not seem  to mention a requirement for the birth certificates of derivatives for I-130.

Not being rude, I’m being factual. You said “she was married when he applied for her in 2012”. How is that the same as “she is currently married”??? That literally means she WAS married when he applied for her but is not anymore.

All I’m doing is trying to help you.

Your visa number won’t be available for another 5+ years.

No. We took the copies of  petitioner's passport and the naturalization certificate as well. They didn't ask for them.

That's a concurrent filing - you file I-130 and I-485 if your parents is already in the US and are adjusting status - so they get a green card that way. They can also file the I-765 (work permit) and I-131 (advance parole) at the same time.

They can only send you the oath letter once they schedule it which may have its own backlog depending on where they do the ceremony. Just wait for the letter or the status online. It should show up one day.

They'll send it / upload the notice to your online account if you have one. Just wait.

Mill&bill reacted to Daneandkathy in I-751 (Removal of Conditions) April 2020 Filers (merged)
@Mill&bill I got an email notification, then a text. I checked the website and it showed that the N-400 interview had been scheduled and in the documents section there was the letter stating where and when. The email said they would also be sending it in the mail. The next day I got another email stating action had been taken but there was nothing new on the website and the email didn't specify if it was the N-400 or the I-751, am assuming it was just an extra email.

@Mill&bill Thanks for the clarification, I was so irritated I didn't even look at it, can't use it anyway since they kept his green card. But we just got notification his N-400 interview (and I assume his I-751 at the same time) will be January 31st.
I swear they make us jump through goops for fun... so close to the end.

brother, I am in LA / CA.

I got my first green card on September 2017
I applied for I-751 on time and I got an extension letter for 18 months. So, after a year I applied for N400 , October 2020.
They called me for only N400 interview April 2021, even I went with my wife and they asked me if my wife was there ( yes she was with me) they only interviewed me and I passed.
Only couple of months later, they called us for I-751 interview on July 2021, and they told me that I could be update in a month. There is nothing update.
My 1 year stamp for infopass also expired 18 days ago. I gave them a call a week ago , I am a student here and I need to provide something to my school. They haven't called me yet.

About interview detail for last I-751, they told me that I have a red flag on my case. The reason is, quick marriage after meeting

My wife just finished her N-400/I-751 combo interview at the Santa Ana field office last month.  took almost exactly 2 years from when we filed the I-751 and 1 year from when we filed the N-400.
