Just preparing the renewal packet for EAD/AP combo card as I have reached the 180 days before expiry (with no news about GC interview)
 
Is it best just to prepare the same as the initial application (with changes from application to renewal)
 
I am including the receipt of the I485 but I am including the same stuff again just without the I-485 and I-864. Is there anything else I will need?

Finally some movement I got an update that the card was being produced this morning. 
 
Well one of the trackers updated. The one with the text pin number login. 
 
It says up to 120 days to deliver how long roughly did it take others to get it from this stage?

Yesss! Woke up this morning to see an email from USCIS. they said a decision has been taken on my case and i should log into my account to view their decision. i just checked and it said my I-765 was approved and that my card was mailed to me on march 23rd! i got up and rushed to my mailbox and behold MY EAD!!!!!! Thank you lord! been waiting forever for this. Time to get that drivers license and get a job!

If it is an RFIE the clock does start over but if it's a RFE it "pauses" and restarts when received. That's what I understood from the link above. 
 
As the 2017 tax returns were not available in Dec. Unless you did not send the 2016 tax returns you may be able to expedite due to USCIS error? It's one of the reasons. If they asked for it as initial evidence I would see this as an error? 

I tried to expedite yesterday and received an email today in regards to it. but the status shows:
 
"We received your request to expedite the decision on your application. Your case is currently under review. You will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly"
 
The expedite request is now showing as complete. I was not asked to send any proof or anything. I will call them on Monday but has anyone else had this happen?

It is similar to my situation. That's because your case must be already with an officer, and there is no more your case can go, so there is no way to expedite it. However, my case was with an officer for more than a month. Here is the thread i started regarding my expedite attempt:
