Hey guys our package was delivered Nov 23rd but money order has still not been cashed. I know they're taking longer, but does that wait seem normal since there's people who filed after us and already got their notices?

Sometimes it updates right away, sometimes there's a lag.  I'm sure you'll hear something sooner, rather than later----in the meantime, kick your shoes off and relax for a little bit tonight, at least.

We sent our AOS package in April. I just received my EAD last week, no updates on their website however. It still says fingerprint review completed. The status of non of my applications changed, have not received interview letter yet either

Its for I-485 it had to be sent along with our photos proving that our marriage is real. 

OP said it wasn't a I-864 affidavit just an affidavit saying they know the couple.

Cancel the lines, simple.

doubtful especially if you sued them and they tried to denounce their claim afterwards. and affidavits are pretty weak as proof of a bonafide relationship. Hopefully you have far better evidence.
 
im not the suing type. pay the bill and remove them from your life. hopefully you already cancelled the lines. this is why you dont add people onto your accounts. or loan money you can't afford to never see again.

So they are black mailing you guys and will say to the government that they lied to them?

Update: It was a courtesy letter to let me know I’ll have to get my medical exam done.

They will not be able to determine that nor answer that kind of question. 1) The IO makes the decision based on the totality of the circumstances. The rep may think it's fine but the IO could say no, or vice-versa. 2) They are not permitted to provide legal advice. 3) It's called the misinformation line for a reason.

I am worried about this situation too. My 2017 taxes only showed 20,000 as my income because I didn't move back to the US until June 2017 and didn't start work until July. My current income is $40,000, but my taxes don't reflect that currently. I didn't get a checklist for this though, and I got my CC yesterday. If we, like you might, get denied at the consulate for not enough income, we won't have anyone for a joint sponsor either. It is very scary not to have anyone to ask and therefore nothing you can do about it. 
 
If he has anything in his bank account as savings, he could also submit that. I submitted my bank records as evidence too.

We sent in my pay stubs for the past 6 months and all was ok.

Our attorney said she will do her best to convince them in the cover letter, we really really hope they will read it and acknowledge it. Thank you so much for your responses! 

It's definitely scary but it's important to acknowledge the reality. In your cover letter, I would suggest firmly pointing out your husband's current income etc. Then hope for the best. Keep us updated!!

His income from the last 12 months is $27,400
 

add a letter of employment from his employer stating his wage and hours he works and that hes full time or whatever, and resubmit that with the tax transcript from 2017 and all paystubs in 2018.
 
thats how I would approach it, anyways.
