True, why it is so much better for people to ask their own questions.

And we have our newest member born Feb 22nd 👶🍼
Our son turned 4 on Feb 21, so 1 day difference in birthday from his little sister. Given both were almost born on the same day my friends joked that 9 months before must be my birthday 🙈

Not sure if anyone checks in here anymore from our old group but we are finally getting married in May! What a long and winding road it’s been to get here! Next step...more paperwork of course! Hope everyone is doing well!

I know it has been a while, but life has been so busy! Just wanted to give a quick update :).
Hubby received his EAD and AP the first week of October and started working full time. This was such a blessing because living on one income is super hard!
He received his interview letter in November. He was scheduled for AoS interview Dec 21 and was approved!
He received his GC on Dec 31.
We are officially done with the government....for now ;).
Continued best wishes to all!

I believe you there are two different numbers you can list. I think I put the visa number located in the right hand corner. Control number.

Allthephils got a reaction from Anatti87 in MAY 2018 AOS Filers
132 days since AoS was filed.
79 days since biometrics.
20 days since EAD expedite request.
No change. This is starting to get discouraging again. 😢

Hubby requested an expedite on EAD last Thursday. He received an email yesterday for proof of financial hardship/job offer. We faxed all of that over and now we wait some more. His biometrics was done on June 7th and that is the last update we have received. I’m getting a bit anxious. 🤪🙈

Hey everyone!!!!
I know it's been a while since you've heard from me but I haven't forgotten any of you!!! Reni and I are doing GREAT AND BEAUTIFULLY as it has been 3 weeks since his arrival. He gets along with my son extremely and surprisingly awesome because my son usually doesn't warm up to anyone for a while but you would have thought he's been around Reni the whole duration of our relationship so for me that is definitely reassuring and a blessing for us as a family.
This morning, Reni and I went to the Marriage Bureau/courthouse and picked up our marriage license and he and I will have a small, intimate ceremony Sunday, 7/22. Hopefully, we will be filing the AOS on 7/31/2018 but definitely no later than 8/3/2018. Truly happy Reni's mom is here in the US for work and she will be able to attend and see her son get married and meet my mom as well!!! Reni and I have decided we will have our "wedding" in March 2019 as that would be our 3 year anniversary of being in a relationship.
Hope all of you are doing well with your spouses! I know this thread will soon parish off as many of us are most likely in the AOS forum. Just wanted to say hey and that I miss talking to you all!!!!!
Much love and respect,
Trina

Not that I know of - most June filers are just getting around to having their biometrics appointments scheduled/completed. AP/EAD is taking up to 6 months right now, so most June filers probably won't get that until December, maybe November. There may be some stragglers with one off cases, but collectively that's what it's looking like.
Yes
PS, you posted something else about your I-94 and I saw someone already gave you the link. I recommend printing off multiple copies of that, and of your passport/visa page showing your POE stamp. You will need your I-94 for multiple things and it just helps to go ahead and have multiple copies on hand. The I-94 is your Arrival/Departure record confirming your valid entry into the US under your K1, so it's an important thing to have.

Take a breath! You’ve got this. The I-94 is digital. You can google it, put in the info for spouse/fiancé, and print out the sheet. It’s super simple. I don’t remember the link or I would post it. I made multiple copies of the visa and entry stamp that’s in my hubby’s passport and sent it with each form for AoS. Focus on one form at a time. Ask questions!

The employer sought out my husband. We want to know our options before he actually commits to something.
