Sounds like he was deported because of visa violation. He didn't decide to go back, the U.S. government sent him back. His road to America will be a bumpy one. Seek the advice of an attorney on this one.

As others have said above, do your due diligence. 
 
We see a lot of people coming back on here a year or two later saying they've been scammed for a green card and they're in a bad place emotionally and also financially. 
 
I'm not discrediting your potential relationship or marriage but as others have said, why would a 24 year old want to be with someone 38 years older than her? If she was coming from a very low risk country then it would seem more legitimate but Morocco is easily one of the toughest to go through.

It might or might not be an issue from the USCIS point of view. It is a huge age gap after all.

Ask yourself what 20 something year old woman would honestly want to marry someone who can be her grandfather? And you barely know each other.
If my time on this website taught me anything, in about a year or so you're going to come back here telling a story how a young woman scammed you for a green card.

they will look at your cr1 application and determine immigrant intent you can apply again but it's highly unlikely she'll get a b1/b2 while a cr1 is pending.

don't do any ceremony or courthouse marriage if you do they sometimes deny petitions based on a unofficial ceremony they will think you are too married for the k1 visa. stick with the plan and get married in the USA don't risk your visa over this.

Because the world has changed a lot since you married your husband in 2011. It's not as easy as it was back then. 

And to elaborate on my opinion before someone else gets the wrong idea. 
 
Do I think the disability will be a factor: No
Do I think the age gap will be a factor: Maybe, depends on the CO and what is culturally the norm in Egypt.
Do I think the religious difference will be a factor: see above. 
 
Both the religious factor and the age gap has been issues for other members on this forum from MENA countries but for some people it has not. 
 
 

I didn't say THAT world I said THIS world. And I don't have to go there for anything. And I don't think what has happened in Brussels, Paris, London, Stockholm etc is fake news. The world has changed and MEANS countries are harder and that's a fact.

to be honest your case has many red flag your case will be highly scrutinized and my be considered to marry to get a Green card. 

if she's on welfare and does not work how could she afford a airplane ticket?
