hi all 

i need some help plz

im going to marry this week 

im egyption

my USA wife is disabled  (( she is a handicap and not working and taking food stamp, welfare ......))

she was divorced about 4 or 5 years

 

1- do you think is there problem married from handicap 

2- the best visa for me  Cr-1 or Ir-1

3- is the co-sponsor   should be  ( friend to me  or her )

4- is there problem if my co-sponsor  sponsoring someone else  ( he already sponsor his wife )

     or i shoud looking for someone else 

5- is there problem if i found more than one sponsor

1. Your only "problem" is going to be proving that your marriage in real and honest. Doesn't matter if the partner is a handicap. That's more like a .. personal thing, means, that you will have to take care of her.

2. You apply for the CR1 visa.

3. The co sponsor needs to be a US citizen or a permanent resident. Doesn't matter whose friend it is.

5. You can only have 1 co-sponsor.

but what do you think  i should do to prove its real marriage 

we didn't even take any picture together till now

we aren't marred yet  (will marry her after days )

or you want to know  our age ?

she is older than me by almost 20 years
