Erm if you did feel like waiting, you would have never created this topic, so yes, you don't feel like waiting.

You seem to think getting a visa to visit another country is a right, it's not, it's a privilege.

If you feel the wait is unreasonable then apply for a visa for the countries where it only takes 1 month and visit them.

Otherwise keep checking for reschedules and stop complaining.

We probably have to do this but it is so unfair to be assured by US immigration that we can use this as a travel document just for it to be rejected. Traveling through a different country means we have to cough up at least $800 on short notice

The issue is not what the US will accept, I assume the child does not have a UK visa.

It could be because of website maintenance, this happens frequently on weekends. I see many posts on Reddit from people who have the same issue.

Ha. Like everyone waiting will just get pregnant. Then boom expedite to game the system.

If it is a complicated pregnancy then maybe.  If that is the case then you will need evidence from your Dr. to submit with the expedite request.

The most practical solution maybe you moving there, presumably he does not have a tourist visa.

Thank you for the response. The main issue with the spouse visa is that its currently taking anywhere from 4-5 years to process from submitting application to approval of visa.

Your best bet will be to marry in Pakistan and file a spousal visa.

Without knowing the full status about OPs story, I still wanted to mention the ifs, the possiblities just incase it does happen. There might be things that can cause the AOS to be denied that OP isn't disclosing. I understand wanting to speed things up, but I always want to know the full picture and the worst case scenarios in my case

Crazy Cat I love your feedback and it's really helpful. Thank you so much!
    This is comforting to know.
We want to schedule the wedding in September. My esta will expire early June. Does that mean that I'll be illegal in the country for about 3/4 months? Am I correct? And does this have any risks involved? Or is that okay as soon as I end up marrying my fiancée in September and apply for adjustment of status right after?
Thanks so much!! Really appreciate all the help.

Consider yourself lucky. Due to the covid nonsense and the travel restrictions involved my fiancé (now wife) and I didn't see each other in person for 3 years. Problems are never as big as they seem, it will all work out in the end.

Hi Daphne thanks for the help. The main thing is we just want to be together now and don't get separated anymore since we're truly in love. So marriage is a wise next step and the best for us. The waiting for the fiance visa is killing us now and also a spousal visa would cause trouble, since I have to wait in holland then for even longer. She can visit me only 3 months every 6 months in holland. With the Christian context I mean that traveling back and forth right now could cause danger while we're still dating and not married since we're already dating for 1.5 year.

It means "not guilty" only as it pertains to (Swedish) criminal law.

Sure. And, if an OPINION of the consular officer is that you're not admissible, based on the arrests, that opinion is all that matters.

Given you've had a year to digest what people had suggested and still seem to want to minimalize the seriousness of your crimes, I'd suspect there's a high likelihood that you wouldn't get past the interview stage.  Immigration is a PRIVILEDGE and you don't seem to take that seriously.

Repeated encounters with the police were just the beginning of your issues.  It indicates a pattern.  Then, the charges against you - you don't think they are that serious but the US takes uttering any type of threat extremely seriously.  You claim you uttered a threat to a police officer during a traffic stop.  Entire US high schools get locked down and put under heavy police presence and the perpetrator arrested for uttering what someone deems an "innocent" threat.  It 100% is a big deal and is taken seriously.

Find an attorney and possibly even a therapist to work on your anger issues.  Clearly something needs to be done to calm yourself down and manage your issues with authority.  At least that would possibly demonstrate acceptance for your behaviors and a seriousness for stopping the repeat pattern.

If you do take it seriously, then please stop minimizing your actions by saying that the crimes were not a big deal and were not serious.   I think you have received excellent advice today and also a year ago.  Apply and if it gets approved, seek an immigration attorney who specializes in arrests.

I knew all this sounded familiar... We went through this whole exercise with OP last year, and then they did not take these crimes very seriously either and even considered lying about them:
