    I updated the spreadsheet.
About 2 weeks ago, I messaged Deagle about having someone else take over updating the sheet. My wife had her oath ceremony in August, and with my job getting busier, the spreadsheet has become a lower priority.  I have not heard back from him, so I will continue to update the sheet, but it might be only once a week.
Deagle started the spreadsheet, and he has control over who has access to change it.

It is great to see some new areas making progress.

If they delete the original text of the story and change the headline, it should be posted as a different article.

Regardless, the whole "storming the Capitol" looks staged. Watch videos of the "protesters" being let through the barricades, then being led by one police officer up the stairs inside the building.

I am aware that stories are sometimes updated. Does that mean changing the title of the article and deleting the original text?

Added % Approved above the "Approved?" Column.
I'll see what I can do to get a timeline graph of approvals when I get home tonight.

This post is concerning the Jan. Filers spreadsheet. Don't panic is you go to it and your name is not where you are used to seeing it. It has been sorted by Field Office to make it easier to see if there is movement in cases at your location.

My wife was a January 2020 filer. I know of two Jan. filers from New Jersey. They had biometrics in Febuary, and have not had interviews scheduled yet.
From watching the progress of Jan. filers after the offices started opening back up, it appears that offices in the central part of the country, Ft. Smith, AR, Memphis, Nashville, Kansas City, were the first to open or had smaller backlogs. These offices started interviewing Jan. filers in June and July. Then in August and Sept., Florida offices, San Antonio and Spokane,WA. I have not seen any movement in California, the NY area,  or Chicago.
There is a link in my signature below for a Google spreadsheet of Jan. Filers.

Table 6. Persons Obtaining Lawful Permanent Resident Status by Type and Major Class of Admission: Fiscal Years 2016 to 2018

The table I posted was for Immigrant Visas, including K-1 (which is a non-immigrant visa with immigrant intent.)

Your naturalization certificate will be sent with you passport application. It will be returned separately from your passport.
We are waiting until SSA offices reopen to change my wife's card.

Does anyone else get the feeling that Trump secretly stopped all immigration until the election was over? These processing times and quite frankly the embassies blatant disregard for people’s time just doesn’t add up to me. People are working at these embassies but are literally doing nothing. I don’t know...just seems like something he would do. Maybe I’m reaching, but we all know how he feels about immigration.

I hope if that happens, all 11 million have to pay every fee that those of us who are or have done the process legally have had to pay.

I heard it from some guy named Joe Biden.

Biden said if he’s elected, within 100 days he’s going to direct Congress to craft a legislative pathway to citizenship for more than 11 million undocumented people living in the U.S.
Biden has released two immigration policies, in which the first portion would undo all the Trump administration policies, such as family separations, and end detention centers for children. The second part would work to provide a path for citizenship.

    This wasn't our experience.
    POE Oct. 31, 2016
    AOS filed Nov. 18, 2016
Green card received April 1 2017
    N400 approved July 8 2020
    Citizenship Oath Aug 20, 2020.
Without Covid, we would have been done in May.

Biden wanting to give citizenship to Illegals already here will probably slow things down.

USCIS is a self-funded agency. They live off of fees from the applicants. Since when did the govt have to support this place?

When did Trump take away funding?

USCIS funding comes primarily from fees we charge applicants or petitioners requesting immigration or naturalization benefits. These fee collections fund the cost of fairly and efficiently adjudicating immigration benefit requests. Fees we collect from individuals and entities filing immigration benefit requests are deposited into the Immigration Examinations Fee Account (IEFA). The IEFA was created by Congress in 1988, establishing the authority to recover the full cost of immigration benefit processing. This account comprises approximately 97 percent of USCIS' total FY 2021 spending authority.

As far as us having a say, yes, we are finished with the process. But during the process, we have done a lot of research and also learned from those on this site who went through the process before us.
