For those judging him for saying he’s interested in her anymore I think you need to get off your moral high horses. You have no details of the nitty gritty issues and some people see no point sharing the details of their relationship woes with anonymous strangers on the internet.
 
Not interested in her anymore may sound flippant but there’s could be very legitimate issues triggering it.

Wow.  Just got US citizenship and considering a divorce, but you're already thinking about petitioning someone else later.  Not suspicious at all.

Reading from your posting history, you have some serious issues. You’ve had two N400 issues, you didn't submit enough evidence of cohabitation/commingling of assets for the I-751, and you’ve been accused of fraud by the interviewing officer so you definitely have an unusual case. You also haven’t divulged what country you are from etc.
 
If I were in your shoes I wouldn’t rock the boat now and will hold off filing the WOM until after November 3 😉 and hope (yes I know hope is not a strategy) there is new kinder direction at DHS.

Part of the issue for you particularly is Philippines has a very high rate of immigration to the US, so immigrants are affected by the 7% quota per country per year (doesn’t apply to immediate relative categories). Add to that siblings are lowest priority. They are currently processing for visas, sibling petitions that were approved prior to July 1999 for Philippines.  This wait will likely continue getting longer over time. You may as well file it and see what you and your brother think about it in 20-25 years time when it gets current...

To clarify, the issue is not processing timelines. Visas for siblings are limited by law annually. There is just such a backlog of people waiting for one ahead of you. Even if they processed the paperwork in 1 week, it would just sit the rest of the time because there’s no visa number available yet.

I filed joint on August 27, 2018. Got separated on December 14, 2018. After the separation l update my case with a waiver on June 10, 2019. I received a notice for biometric on June 14.
On August 27, 2019 l got a rfe to summit a divorce decree which l did because my divorce was finalized on August 19, 2019. I got my interview on Nevember 21, 2019. I was asked a couple of questions from our joint filing documents, and was also asked questions like how we met, where we first met, where and where we got married, how many people were at the marriage ceremony, and issues that led to our separation. After l answered and told my story the officer told me she has all she need and does not need anything more from me so she is going to request for my approval.  I said thank you and left for home. That night l checked my status and seen that it has change to New Card is being Produced. Two days later it changed again to Case is approved and finally in another two days it changed to New Card has been Mailed. All l did was to read comments from this site and not only depend on my lawyer and this helped me right from l130 to l751 and am very grateful to Almighty for a successful process. I thank you guys and l wish all pending cases best of luck. Thanks.

My status update on the old website yesterday to "Your card is being processed"
I called to make sure and the robot told me the exact same, so yay!
I'm a Vermont filler,  will update the sheet!

Finally... I feel so much relief now because  I just received my congratulations paper on Saturday April 27, then my card on Monday April 29. No REF, no interview. My status on website changes into "card was mailed".
My timeline:
March 18, 2018 they received my i 751 application.
4 months later I got my 12 month extension letter. Fingerprint was not required. 
In October I got my 18 month extension letter.
On March 2019, they transfered my case to Nebraska office. 
I didnt apply for N400 yet and I applied in CSC.

Hey all just check & my case was updated to card was send my case was transferred from Vermont to Texas my case # is EAC181115.m so excited wishing everyone good luck & good news soon. 

Just received this update about 5 mins ago.
I’m so relieved!  I bet there will be many more today.  No RFEs or interview.  

New Card is being produced!  Just received a text this morning that our file had been updated.  What a great Tuesday morning!
 
4/9/2018- Case Received- CSC
5/21/18-Extension Letter- 12 months
8/11/18-Extension Letter - 18 months
2/22/19-Biometrics being reused
3/6/19- Notice that case was transferred to Nebraska (although it says local office online).

There's no requirement to send every bank/credit card statement/utility bill. That would be cruel and unusual. You must show through a preponderance of the evidence (but not beyond a reasonable doubt, a higher standard for criminal convictions) that your marriage was legit from the date of marriage to the present day. That means using multiple, corroborating evidence to prove that, more likely than not, you both cohabit, co-mingle finances, share life experiences together, and plan for the future together, and have done so from marriage to date. It doesn't mean giving them all your personal and financial records.

March 28 2018: Case was received
July 13 2018: Fingerprint was completed
April 22 2019: New card is being produced
April 23 2019: Case was approved (on this day USCIS emailed me and stated "We have taken an action on your case") 
April 25 2019: Card was mailed to me

I received my 10-yr GC in the mail today. I'm officially done with ROC. What a glorious day. 
 
PS: The card has a new design. It now has red and blue colors in addition to the existing green color.

My status changed to "New Card Being Produced" today!!!!!  I'm a Vermont filer and my case was not transferred. I filed March 28, 2018 with a NOA date of March 30, 2018. 
 
And in case this is helpful for anyone else - 
I did not receive an email or text and saw my status change in the app as I was searching through the 100 cases nearest mine. My status did not even change in the saved "my case" section of the app until I deleted it and saved it again (it was stuck on "case status"). Additionally, my status has only been updated on the old website but not the new. We also moved after sending our application in and the change of address is reflected on the old site, but nothing on the new one except "my case was received."

I'm new to the forum but I have been tracking March approvals for the last couple of weeks. I'm a Vermont Filer EAC18118519xx and thanks to the grace of God I was approved today 4/30/2019 around 10am.
 
Case History:
Case was received - March 21, 2018
Fingerprints - May 22, 2018
18 Month extension - Sometime in August
Green Card approved - April 30, 2019
 
Did not get a notification email/text; just kept checking my case on the track app. Case has not been updated on the new website only on old website. Hang in there guys, your time shall come soon too!
 
Just one quick question, what is the estimated process time of naturalization? Debating whether to do it now or waiting the 5 years (might need a long break from immigration).
