Not true.  The stimulus check is a tax credit, something that eligible taxpayers are entitled to.  It is not a publicly-funded benefit like food stamps that casts doubt on someone's financial capacity.  Stop with the fearmongering.

Not accurate.  Non-citizens/non-PRs (such as EAD holders pending AOS) who had SSN and filed taxes were eligible even for the previous round of stimulus checks.
 

I am in the same boat as you but I don’t think k1 visas are affected. 
 
I think some people are getting worried because they don’t see fiancés in the exclusions in section 2 of the EO. This is because section 1 already excludes K1 visas because it is a non immigrant visa, and section 1 is placing limits on people entering on an immigrant visa. You can’t read section 2 without reading section 1 first. Hope this helps some people who feel confused. But ultimately I will be seeking advice from my embassy for confirmation. 

We are still awaiting the details of this new immigration ban so it's unclear what visas it will actually effect. The true answer right now is we just don't know. Hopefully we will know more tomorrow.

We also were approved today! 136 days after. Finally this part is over with!

You are super positive i liked it! We got Noa1 on November 8th and waiting for Noa2 now... I hope it is going to be before Feb 14 like you said, but my guess is late Feb or early March. We will see, good luck to all of us! :):)
 

You got your NOA1 on Nov 7th? Fingers crossed for before Feb 14 but I'm feeling late Feb or early Mar. However all we can do is wait and see. I cannot wait until there is screaming in here and I am excited for all of us! Fingers crossed.

I had my biometric in Fort Myers all the time and for N400 it was in Fort Myers as well. Tampa is much much faster! Yes, I research a lot about Fort Myers office time period for N400 and only find one person N400 finished in 7 months. All others 10 to 15 months. So slow! Also about the oath, it is all about luck.
