The litmus test is an obsession, no matter how subtle, with America or the West. Any talk of what he plans to do there if he ever left Egypt and constant references to how bad life is in Egypt and what he's willing to do to escape it.
No matter how smooth or experienced he is, the subconscious cannot be suppressed for too long.
Also, since you know his name, age and family/friends (from Facebook), run a background check on him. I'm sure there's at least one PI in that country of a 100 million.
And most of all, trust your instincts!
    Good luck.

That is true. But a bigger issue is the contrast in colors for the visually impaired. That makes it difficult, if not impossible, to navigate the site.

No effect, in theory. Though you maybe asked why not continue studies in the US and then you'll have to tell the truth. The answer might give the impression you're visa shopping. Hopefully it will not affect you negatively.
Edit: with UAE passport, you're in better position than some other nationalities but it's still an uphill battle.

If what you wrote above is true, your life would be vastly improved in India compared to the US. Not sure why you'd spend another minute as a dependent of one of your ex wives.
Forget about the visa and go live with your wife. Most men your age would kill for a wife 28 years younger who's rich and would take them in broke.
    Good luck.

So it's not a tourist visa you're after. You want to live and work in America, or whichever country that'll grant you a visa
If you can't convince us, the untrained, every day folk, how will you convince the experts at the embassy?
Use your resources, ingenuity and great attitude to make a business or grow your family's agricultural business. America is a wonderful country with amazing people and incredible opportunities but it's no more incredible than India. Take a step back and look around you.
Sometimes we can't wait to jump from the pot into the fire.
    Good luck.

    Dude, really?
You don't need to post your private life here. You got enough good advice.
You don't need to tell all. This is not a marriage counseling site.

It requires compelling evidence and investigation by ICE then a court trial and conviction. It won't be done based on rumors or a relationship gone south. But sure, it happens if only rarely.

It may be cheaper at some point to take elderly parents to countries like India or Egypt where quality private healthcare is abundant and, for those paying in US dollars, relatively affordable. Especially for costly procedures and expensive prescriptions.
Healthcare in the US is a mess whether you have "good" insurance or not.

In addition to what Vandaveer said, you must have both a SSC and legal residence (green card) to file for Obamacare. Simply filing the 485 won't do, unfortunately.
But if you go through NVC and your parents arrive that way, they'll have their green cards and SSC within weeks.
Approved I-130s and tourist visas are a toxic mix at any POE.

That is not likely to happen unless you receive RFE(s) and do not respond in time. Or respond with incorrect or inadequate evidence.
At this point, there's no reason to panic as not much has happened yet. Be prepared to answer a lot of questions and build a portfolio of evidence showing cohabitation and commingling of finances.
    Good luck.

Mounat got a reaction from EM_Vandaveer in MEGATHREAD- What does a Trump Presidency mean for visas? (merged)
OP, nothing to worry about. Almost every act to change immigration will require congressional and/or the courts' involvement and will move slowly through the system.
Funding to USCIS could be cut or severely reduced temporarily to slow things down.
All hypotheticals at the moment. Not much will change between now and 2020 on this front.
Trump can't retroactively delegitimize LPRs. No president can.

I hear you. The inequities and unfairness built into the system are astounding.
And yes, there's a lot of emotion involved. I cheer for the laws that benefit me and jeer at those that don't. It's human nature.
And when two people discuss why the immigration system in the US is broken, they have three opinions between them.
    The struggle is real!

There's also VWP that skips the embassy altogether. You'll have to plug many paths to AOS and not just the B-2.And don't even get me started on Canadians!
