    * Moved from AOS from K-1/K-3 forum to ROC forum *

You need to file for ROC (I-751) within the 90 day period prior to the card expiring. Check the guide (https://www.visajourney.com/content/751guide).
You can travel at any time with a still valid card.

You are not renewing a green card.

You're lifting conditions and the process is literally called removal of conditions aka ROC.  Please check the guide for the form i751. The process currently takes about 15 months or longer. You can start it once the 90 day window before green card card expires starts.  When you file ROC your wife will receive an 18 months extension letter that will temporarily serve as her proof of legal status.

    Yes. You can travel.

"To be eligible on the basis of income, applicants' gross income (i.e. before taxes are withheld) must fall at or below 185 percent of the U.S. Poverty Income Guidelines." The 864 is 125% of poverty guidelines. So you can meet the income requirements for the 864 and also meet the guidelines for WIC.

WIC provides supplemental foods, healthcare referrals, nutrition education, and breastfeeding promotion and support to low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, and to infants and children up to age five who are found to be at nutritional risk.

If you are eligible, I suggest you do sign up for it.  If you have no need for some of their resources, but not other, then use only what is helpful for the child to come and your family.  My husband and myself will never have children, but we are glad that our taxes can help the families who need it.  Best of luck with the pregnancy to you both!

It seems to me that the original poster is going too fast. I'd strongly recommend to SPEND MORE TIME getting to truly know each other. Marriage is supposed to be something very special that last a lifetime.
Also,I think USCIS will not like to see this guy already trying to file for a new person so soon...

Eh, that's kind of lame to say that.
I did a K-1 Visa for my Fiancee and it was my first time in everything.
I never considered a lawyer because it's quite useless to have someone do
very simple paper work for you. All you really need to do is just read online about
how to gather the required papers. Then just follow guides to complete the paper work.
By the way, I was 22 years old at the time of filing for a K-1 Visa for my Fiancee who is now my wife.

Tourist Visa is for visiting only. So therefore using it to enter the United States for marriage would be Visa Fraud.
Unless of course he has returned back home.
I am not sure how long F2A takes, but that's probably your best bet.

When I said " She does talk about it too" , I meant that she always says " I am going to leave you " , " I am going to divorce you " etc. It might be bunch of threats as far as I know.
I am not saying I am the best hubby in the world but I give it all to my wife...
Some people are not just satisfied , I am not sure...
We do talk things out "solotime", , not maybe as much as we used to, but we do. Some people are shut and will do whatever they want to do anyways you know.
But, I do appreciate everyone's time. I will try to work it out for next couple of months. We shall see how it goes.
    Thanks again...

You're very welcome. Still a good idea to study the form as you'll need it for when you AOS later on.

You don't use the i-864 form for the K-1. You use the i-134.

I believe most of the time they give RFE for saying you have met on a dating site. The reason is because you didn't mention it's not a marriage broker.

umikoikaze, Because you applied for Student Visa, not a marriage visa. So therefore it's fraud if they want to be mean.

Go to the dating website and print out there TOS, Terms of Service, it will state there that the website is not a marriage broker.
http://www.findloveasia.com/site/terms It may not mention it is not a marriage broker but it for sure does not say it is one. Send a copy.

You don't need marriage visa to get get married. People get married on all kinds of visas every time. Event those in the country illegally can get married. If that's the case, the marriage license issuing authority would be checking my immigration status before issuing a marriage license. I never lied to a CO or CBP officer and never misrepresented anything. Not sure how it's fraud. I even told my CO during the interview that I was considering staying in the states after completing my studies if I got a job offer there, which was my intention at that time.

At least you know your case didn't go missing and that they're working on it, an RFE is always a good thing like that.
I hope the RFE is an easy fix.

I explained to my Filipina that just because this is USA, life isn't much easier. WE still must work hard for our money.
Also, when she tried to ignore me, I came over right by her and stared into her eyes asking what's wrong. When she got up trying to move away, I gently hugged her and didn't let her go until she stopped. Which was about five minutes till she started explaining to me what's wrong.

It's been three days. Yes I know really five, but government isn't open in the weekend so can't count those. You wouldn't have heard anything, expect to wait about two weeks (usually less).
    You didn't need....
Birth certificate, Government ID, Philippines Passport (Beneficiary)
    Parents Approval of Marriage (Beneficiary)
    Parents Government ID (Beneficiary)
    Certificate of engagement

but at this point it's moot because you already sent it.

Anyway where do you plan on sending that letter? That place is an intake facility and ge thousands of packets a day. They aren't going to suspend or hold your case or wait until you get back. RFE replies tend differ but it's usually about 30 days you have to reply, so fly out at your own risk. I personally would and just have someone check my mail, the RFE could be something she needed to sign and it could be a blessing you're there with her.

Photos are secondary and are not considered too much, definitely not at all at this point. This point in the process is about you and making sure you are good to go with the U.S. Gov on bringing someone. Passport Stamps, boarding passes are the best. You have a good packet so I wouldn't worry about that part.
