What I would do in this situation is request expediting the EAD based on having a current job (instead of a job offer), and loss of benefits/health insurance if employment is terminated. Although, I don't know how effective this will be (can anyone else give their input on this idea?)

Like the government and uscis going to think that I am not a good citizen and possibly question my newly acquired citizenship or denaturalize me?
It's not their business.

Unless you want to apply for a passport or register to vote on the same day, people just leave after the ceremony. There is no "experience" involved.

No.

The short version is that you can't have it both ways. She has one of two options. The first is to immigrate and live in the US. The second is to stay in Germany and visit the US from time to time as a non-immigrant (either 90-day VWP/ESTA or tourist visa).
It sounds like sticking with VWP/ESTA and planning around that seems like the least complicated route, if the plan is to live in Germany.

Who do you think the burden of paying for AOS and K1 visa burden should fall on? The US citizen, or the non-US citizen?
If both aren't willing to pay at least something, then neither should. Just like paying for anything else as part of a relationship.

Don't worry about preventing lying. Lying doesn't happen unless you choose to lie.

- Questions 21 and 23:
The answer is N/A, per the instructions.
- Part 8:
As far as I know, Part 8 isn't needed for divorce waivers.
- "Was a fee paid to anyone other than an attorney in connection to this petition?":
The answer is either Yes or No.
"Yes" means you paid someone other than an attorney. "No" means you didn't pay someone other than an attorney.

What you need to provide is a divorce.

I would simply print the photos on regular printing paper (may be 2 or 3 photos per paper plus description), and include that with that with the rest of the documents.
-
You can provide a two-month notice after receiving visa.
-
It appears you did not provide the needed documentation related to your 186 day presence outside the US. Read the N-400 instructions document before applying again to determine what you need to provide.
You may have been eligible to apply for citizenship, but you didn't provide the evidence applicable to your case, which are stated in the N-400 instructions document.

Hi, I am in the process of gathering my supporting documents for Form I-751, removal of conditional spouse. We do not have kids but we have two beautiful cats adopted through SPCA. I wonder if the adoption documents can serve as legal evidence to prove our bonafide marriage?
Not sure what you mean exactly by "legal document" or "legal evidence". But, yes, I think it can be used as part of the various supporting documents you are using as evidence in your case.

If both of them agree to go that route why wouldn't she want to get re-married?
Divorce is an opportunity to reconsider life decisions, even if the plan is to stay with the same person. I am not saying it's a likely scenario, just that it complicates things and leads to more choices/decision making, and there is no 100% guarantees.

an improperly filed petition? this isnt a case of a divorced couple reconciling after a significant time apart (because that happens all the time), this is manipulation of the system, or attempted manipulation, at best
they could divorce sure and file a k1, but the fact they were only divorced for say a couple of weeks and then file for a k1.... you tell me that it doesnt look suspicious and at best could wind up in AP forever and a day. i really dont think they would look kindly on it at all, and would use what they can to hold it up.
Divorce = they don't want to be together.
So, why would he apply for a K1 for someone he just divorced?
When applying for a K1 immediately after divorce, the question is how can they be in a bona fide relationship if they just divorced? And if the relationship is bona fide, why did they divorce? Doesn't make sense and risky, and could cause delays or worse.
A very suspicious situation if I was reviewing the case.
Not to mention what I said in my earlier comment. If they divorce, there is no guarantee she is going to want to marry him again. Just saying.
Op: Don't go backwards unless you are rethinking the relationship. If you want to be with this person, you are already married. Time to to move forward and CR1.

Since the timeline for K1 visas appears to be about 4 months faster, would divorcing and remarrying be an option? I certainly don't like that option, but if it saves me 4 months then I might have to think about it. I have not filed anything in the US. Could we just have another ceremony there? Since her ID shows her being married, I am assuming the answer would be no on that one.
Once you go down that road, there is no guarantee that she will want to marry you again.

Here is an example. Write a few paragraphs, one or two pages total:
- Pupose of letter
- How you met
- How/why you got married
- Relationship during marriage, things you did together
- Why the relationship didn't work, why you decided to get divorced
- Write the conclusion stating that the marriage was entered into in good faith, and that you support her removal of conditions.

Ok I can see that scenario working, maybe.
This seems like a long shot to me, I just don't see getting a Tourist Visa to Canada being that easy to get. If that was the case then you would see a mass influx of Philippines entering the US via Canada on a Tourist Visa and never going back to Canada or Philippines.
No, because they wouldn't be allowed to enter the US from Canada unless they have a US visa.

What is the deadline to respond to the RFE? If two or three months, you can wait, gather more evidence for a month or two, as long as you send the response sometime before the deadline.

There can be no international travel travel for a US citizen from and to the US without a US passport. The certificate of naturalization is not a travel document.

Owning and/or carrying firearms is subject to both federal and state law, so both have to be taken into consideration. There are exceptions in federal law that allows certain non-citizens to carry firearms (such as Permanent Residents). DACA isn't one of those exceptions.

Good thing that you investigated him. It shows you are not an idiot. What smart person doesn't do their research about the person they are supposed to spend their life with, especially when dealing with someone who hasn't been honest about to you and on their application. Now you can make an informed decision.

Who pays for your immigration fees?
in General Immigration-Related Discussion
Posted
If I am the "immigrant", and if I have the money and income, then I will pay for it myself. That's what I did, and I did not allow the issue to come up, or expect the other person to pay for anything.
