    Finally she got it.
After sending the Vital records office, she was told that it was good and to go in person to get the clearance but once she showed up, the officer told her that she needed "all originals" for the Tax returns, W-2 and Vital record and not a scan, also was told that the Vital record was wrong as is from a  previous date, (I was told that they could only give it with the date of their system last updatte.

Anyways, my gf tried to explain to the officer and after about 30 minutes of questions, she was finally issued one.

    Thanks everyone for the replies

Alright so today my fiancee got her Visa package, interview was last Thursday 7th and today it was delivered.
Expiration day is on March 2024 (we did another medical on the Sep 5th), now have an appoint me for the end of SEP for that mini course apparently Philippians have to do in order to migrate to another country.

Thanks to everyone who helped us so far.

I think @Kawika & Michelle just got their visa in 10 days.  12 days would hardly be guaranteed because there are just to many variables, but it is possible.  If she is staying in Manila, for absolute earliest possible pickup from LBC it's been recommended by some to have the passport sent for pickup at the Mall of Asia office (Pasay) since that would be LBC's most direct stop.

Also make sure she has CFO worked out.  If she is working overseas she may have already completed CFO for that, but they may want her to update it from PDOS to GPC now that she has a visa.

Our immigration attorney scheduled us 2 separate interviews in Manila a week out. We had to cancel the first one because it was in conflict with another appointment, but he got the 2nd appointment a week later. I don't know exactly how he managed to get appointments so easily, but he was emailing us the appointment times at 7pm (Arizona time) on Sunday, which would be 10am Monday morning in Manila. So I would suggest trying first thing Monday morning in the Philippines, seemed to work for our attorney.

Tomorrow we have the appointment for the DNA test, Im guessing ill bring the "contractor Scanning required" cover sheet along with the notice from the USCIS,
Now the question is this, for my understanding the lab sends the results directly to the USCIS if so then what respond should i send to the USCIS?

Alright, I called the lab again and they told me " you dont have to do anything, we will give u a tracking once we have the results sent to the USCIS", im kinda scare that if i send a response to the USCIS it might get taken as evidence submission

Are you going to include Evidence of On-Going Bona Fide Relationship aside from Evidence of In-Person Meeting? If so, and if it would make your I-129F Petition packet easier to navigate, I think that you should. By the way, frontloading is optional for the U.S. Embassy in Manila; unless your case has a lot of red flags.

If it would make your I-129F Petition packet easier to navigate, yes. If it would just point out the obvious, no. My fiancé and I listed the evidence that we were sending on the Cover Letter and then we organized our packet following our pseudo table of contents.

    i.e.
    Cover Letter
Evidence of In-Person Meeting Passport Stamps Boarding Passes ...etc. Just handwrite it.

    1.  Yes your fiancee needs to have a Letter of Intent to marry and sign it.

    2.  Address options are listed on the USICS webpage for the I-129f.   USPS has a separate address from FEDEX, UPS, DHL type delivery.

why do you need signature for receipt?        Priority Mail has delivery confirmation.

Oh, I see... I guess you would need a smaller font or to be handwritten to fit. As you are doing it looks good, but put an F at the end of I-129 so it says I-129F. The I-129 is a different form for employment visas.
As for the name, maybe use the full name the first time you list her name, then the second time you mention it, just use her first name.

Just stamped pages. My husband copied each boarding passes that we had. Those were only small size and fit in when ensemble to our I-129F package. Itinerary would be fine. But, in many cases, itinerary does not prove that you met her in person. People can buy tickets without use it. My husband only wrote " met through internet". But, we sent copies of our first messages on YouTube and showing how he contacted me first and that was described how we met in 2008. We did not get any RFE and got approved in 38 days. Good luck and keep us posted!

Yes, I remember sent him scanned boarding passes and he just printed each one from our passport. I had long thick boarding passes. If it is too small then better to pull out together and put on one page. Make it simple. And yes, he put each copy of boarding passes on one page.
Speaking about pictures, I only sent him 10 pictures together - I was the one who decided which papers needed to include and he only put those together in our I-129F-. Again, description how you met just make as simple as you can. Yes, you can write " met through internet" and you can also put noted on the pages related to your prior statement.
If you still have your first conversation together that it would be nice. You don't need to write down a long explanation just noted the pages of your first conversation online ( which social networking did you use when you were first met her) and they would understand.

I just want to add to this. My fiance didn't send in any of our online conversations. And I wrote the "timeline" of how we met and it was two short paragraphs. We added 6 pictures and bus tickets and hotel stays.
They just want hard copy proof of you physically being together and more then once, thats all.

You can't file yet as you do not yet meet the requirement of having met in person in the 2 year period prior to filling.
Go visit her in April, enjoy your time together, make sure she's really and truly ion love with you and marriage really is what you want to pursue. Have her sign all the forms and paperwork she needs to sign, get her photos, etc, then come back and file.

In the Philippines the mother's maiden name is always the middle name of the child (yes all the kids have the same middle name), if there is not a space for middle name then that name would be included with her GIVEN name, not family/surname. Ask your fiancee how her name is listed on her BC
City/town of birth; what city/town does your fiancee tell you? Have her look on her BC.
How did you meet, they want to know about your meeting in person. Meeting in person within (before filing) the past two years is a requirement for filing.
