You are wrong. We sent the I-485 without a A# and today we got our biometrics appointment letter which included her A#. So according to our case, it is safe to send the I-485 without A#.

Yes we have -NOA1 -The letter(email as well) from the NVC stating that they received the approved I-129F and will forward it to the embassy aboard. -The email from Manila embassy saying that we were eligible to schedule an appointment -K1 Visa (on passport) -Electronic I-94 - Her SSN card - Marriage certificate.

What about if there are no hard copiees nor digital? Not to male excuses its just that it was sent on March 2020 and im 99% sure that my landlord probably just disposed of it.

Today we went to apply for her aocial security number and went smooth. We are getting married next week and i was taking a look on the AOS form and notice that it asks for the A#, i tried lookong cor the approval notice but i cant find it and i really didnt put her A# on any of the paper work, so now i dont knpw if we can still fill her AOS form and just add her I94 to it and explain that I lost her NOA2 with her A# on it.

Hello, We are going to apply for adjustment of status(AOS) but we did not recieve a NOA2. What documents should I provide? Hope someone can help me.

Yeah, the officer kept asking my gf for the flight date and we kept answering "we will book once we get all documents "

Finally she got it. After sending the Vital records office, she was told that it was good and to go in person to get the clearance but once she showed up, the officer told her that she needed "all originals" for the Tax returns, W-2 and Vital record and not a scan, also was told that the Vital record was wrong as is from a previous date, (I was told that they could only give it with the date of their system last updatte. Anyways, my gf tried to explain to the officer and after about 30 minutes of questions, she was finally issued one. Thanks everyone for the replies

sorry but what is PSA? I ended up driving to my local Vital office today, costed me $28 to get it done and was given to me within minutes.

I think they just being annoying tbh. My gf asked around and was told someone submitted a tax returns where they filled as single and worked. I called my vital records office and was told it cost $25 to get it and $1/esch additional year, also i could just go in person and get it the same day. Going on friday to get it done.

She had her course tpday but was told that i need to send a "single status certificate" before her CFO is issue. They wouldn't give her examples and just said that i should get it at my local police station.. Any idea if this is true?

Alright so today my fiancee got her Visa package, interview was last Thursday 7th and today it was delivered. Expiration day is on March 2024 (we did another medical on the Sep 5th), now have an appoint me for the end of SEP for that mini course apparently Philippians have to do in order to migrate to another country. Thanks to everyone who helped us so far.

She did returned, but is leaving for good (her contract ended) on the end of August. Also quick question the Interview window extension is valid for 4 months? we are planning to schedule the new appointment for sometime mid/late September, which put us around end of the 3rd month after the reactivation of her case was received .

ah alright, we got Singapore and Philippines in May, but ig is safer to get another now in August. understood, we did one already on May as well, but will definitely get another in August to extend the "6 month" validity of it.

sorry, not very familiar with the terms. the NBI will be the police clearance? Asking as my fiancé is leaving Singapore for goo on August and will be on Philippines until the Visa is issued, so getting a police clearance from Singapore on another date, will be complicated.

Great news, We got the extension woot woot🎇 Now I have a couple of questions, -is this valid for another 4 months? -Do we need to pay the Visa fee again? -Do we need to get all police clearances again? Any help is greatly appreciate it.

I guess we gotta try our luck, tbh i totally missed where it says that is only valid for 4 months, I was also putting a application for my mother and focused on that one first. Just going to be honest and hope for the best. Thanks.

No yet, we didnt wanted to ruin our vacation with thw thought in our minds of "if they were going to reply fast enough to rebook". Now our vacation is over, im going to submit a new letter of intent from both of us, as well new proof of on going relationship. The million dollar question now is, if they dont extended it, do we need to start the whole process again?
