Well if you don't love her and don't want to be married anymore, you can divorce and move on. That's really up to you and wife.

However,  have you tried counseling? You just got married and now you're thinking of possibly sending her back.
It takes a lot of time for folks to adjust, it took about a year for me! I'm from jakarta as well, moving to the country was very rough on me. I say give her a chance to settle in. Sorry if this is not what you expected.

I agree with all of the above. The change is very significant and can hit like a brick wall. It normally takes a couple years for people to really "settle in". Two months is far, far too short of a time to really know if somebody will adjust tot he new lifestyle. Otherwise, you can move back with her to Indonesia.

Just to clarify something, though...trying to "send my wife home" is not possible. She's not a package. You can divorce and offer her a ticket home, but there's nothing you can do to make her leave.

I experienced similar issue during my AOS process. Submitted all the correct forms and documents, and well above 125% poverty level aaannndd still getting RFE for those items mentioned on your post.
However, we sent it out as per request anyway and was approved, so just double check again before sending it out.
    Good luck to you

    Hi,
It may help their case if they are well traveled. Maybe they have a schengen visa? Australian or Japan visa?
I have a couple of friends have similar circumstances. Parents have a small business, living modestly, and want to visit daughter (one case to attend the daughter's wedding), both friends' parents got denied recently for B2 visa.
From what I understand, they never traveled overseas before and the CO didn't even bother looking at the papers being presented as proof.

They can always try, nobody can really tell you exactly if they will be granted a visa or not. If they are denied, they can re-apply hopefully this is not the case for you. Good luck

If you have been deemed ineligible for a US visa then you don't fulfill the eligibility criteria for the esta either.

    I'm going to put in my two pennies with a similar situation except for the home country;

My mother started dating this friendly man mid 2006. All went well until we moved in with him, me, my mother and my younger sister. It was all sunshine and roses the first few months until he starts degrading my mother first. The friendly man was not so friendly anymore. Not long after he starts degrading, me being just sixteen but I rather had him degrading me than my mother. I had a difficult time with my parents being divorced and bullying at school and he became the home bully. What all started with yelling and degrading me, ended with physical abuse. I had to cover up bruises sometimes. But every time he did this, my mom defended him. No matter how hard he hit me or how loud he was yelling in my face, my mother chose his side and wanted to make their marriage work.  Feeling betrayed by my own mother; it really damaged our relationship. Eventually, at the age of 23 after he hit me incredibly hard and my mother still stood behind him, defending him, I packed a few bags and left the house to move in with my dad. Mom is still with him and I'm not sure how she can live under his controlling behavior but I know she isn't happy.

Moral of the story; Choose your kids and yourself, please. I was reading your story and I felt how your 11 year daughter must feel when your wife yells at her for no reason. Please don't damage your relationship with your children by choosing your wife who is capable of hurting them. Just because she doesn't put her hands on them doesn't mean she isn't abusive; Abuse is control, blatant disrespects and hurtful words. Don't settle for emotional abuse thinking it's ok because it's not physical.

Get a restraining order against your mom and cut off contact with her. Your mom has some issues and I would not trust your child around her at all. Legally speaking she can't do anything regarding your immigration case.

have him start with the i130 and two G325A, one for each of you

Here are the screenshots for form N659 interview document checklist. Note this was the version I received last June. Not sure this is the latest version, eventually rely on the version they will send along with your interview letter.

Either make intent either mean something, or remove AOS from non-immigrant visas unless necessary (medical reasons for example.)  This means more work for the USCIS to actually vet people and losing money from all the AOS which would make the AOS more expensive I think.
Remove family categories of siblings and married/unmarried adult children.

Either allow USC children derivatives or remove it from the LPR category.

No more joint sponsors unless extenuating circumstances (again more vetting and evidence needed, likely a cost increase.)

Suggest you take a big step back, you have plenty of time, annulment is not a quick process and as you said it costs.

You may wish to consider how she forgot to mention she was married. Strikes me as the sort of thing that might be worth mentioning.

    Hi everyone,

I would like to share that after five years my husband's journey is finally coming to an end. We filed sent his naturalization application on November 23 and today we received his interview letter in the mail, it's scheduled for February 27th. There were a few naysayers who said we wouldn't last or that his immigration journey would be an uphill battle, that our marriage wouldn't last because our difference in culture and religion, that because I am 20 years older he would leave me as soon as he received his 10 year green card. I am happy to report, none of that was true. From the day I sent his I-130 up to and including his naturalization the process has literally been uneventful and quick. We never received any RFE's at any point and he wasn't called in for an interview when removing conditions. We did the entire process from beginning to end 100% on our own with help from the Visa Journey community after his I-130 was approved and never at any point did we use an attorney.

I would like to thank so many in this community who gave us advice and support during his journey. If anyone ever needs help or advice, please feel free to reach out to me and I will be happy to help if I am able.

Once again, thank you one and all and wish us luck in February!

Tourist bring in billions of dollars to our economy, and spend their money at local businesses. Without this revenue our economy would collapse. We need tourism. We just need to balance that with national security. But telling all potential tourists to watch youtube... no.

He can adjust status, so there is nothing to "get away with." He has to pay more and wait longer, but he can do it. His wife is in the hospital; have some heart.

Your past thread history showed you filed for your wife AOS in 2014.
So she should have 2 years conditional green card.
Hence, your wife should be filing for Removing conditions on residency, Not renewing green card (I-90)
    Here is the VJ's guide.

    Please explain "Conditional Permanent Residency"?
Answer: A two year Conditional Residency is granted to those who apply for Adjustment of Status based on marriage to a US Citizen. This two year period helps to deter visa fraud and marriages of convenience. During the "conditional" period, you still have all the rights of a Permanent Resident. Your status as a permanent resident expires at the end of this two year period unless you file for lifting of the conditional status.
So you need to file I-751 ROC form.
The ROC application can be filed 90 days before the expiration of the 2 year green card.
You have to show proof of bona fide marriage spanning over the 2 year period.
The cost is $590 including the biometrics fee.
