You do not need to be divorced in order to file your N-400 and qualify to file now under the 3 year rule or wait until March 2023 and file under the 5 year.

Based on your post , you filed I-751 w waiver as the battered spouse , covered under VAWA, see useful link provided by other member.

You do not need your spouse to be present for Naturalization under this class. You may apply for Naturalization at 2 year and 9 month (3 Year rule).

You have a US passport. You don't need to carry your naturalization certificate for travel anywhere. It shall stay in your shelf or closet.

Is your older account is housed at myuscis.gov?
If so, there is no need to create a new account.
My post was in reference to ELIS system that some of us still maintain an account on. That particular platform did not have PDF access.

USCIS has an account platform that is now phased out. The older (legacy account) was an alert/notification based system. It did not have PDF capabilities.
Current platform, unlike the ELIS, does have PDF Notices accessibility.
Unlike the current system where a notification is often generated at batch closing (past-midnight), older system has real-time notification of case events and you get a notification the very moment an event is performed on your case. I found this feature to be far more accurate and helpful especially for those who dont get notification from the current system.

Do you have Driver License, lease or bank account? they all can have your name on it.
Affidavit of you husband will establish you reside there and for how long.
Travel history is only relevent if you have travelled outside and stayed far too long etc.
Any kids besides the one you mentioned?
Any mail on your name that shows the address and your name.
Why did you not file jointly before the last year? You may be asked about it.
Evidence can be of any kind because adjudicator's FM does not have a fix list.

You see, you don't even know how this thing works. Each person's petition/application is different. Cases go to different service centers, different consulates, different regions, different circumstances, fbi search, etc etc. I won't bore you with other petty instances as it relates to timing but believe me when I say everyone's case is different. And my friend, this can affect when cases are approved.
Anyway, as I said do you and go for a lawyer. BTW, visajourney is mostly a community for DIYs. Just saying.
Lol, the triggered bit. Hmm, and I wonder who gets triggered more than lawyers.
Sure; I'll let it go. Congrats on your approval BTW. Hope for more speedy processing with the rest of the process.

The vast majority of visa applicants on this site successfully completed their processes without the expense of a lawyer. What us required is diligence, attention to detail, careful studying of the whole process from easily available resources, checking and doubly checking forms before submitting. Not saying don't get a lawyer, but our collective successful visa journeys do speak to the ability of most people to get it right. RFEs aren't the end of the world either .. they can often be resolved very quickly.

Imperium got a reaction from Family in Received a phone call from a "supposed USCIS officer" to go to USCIS to sign documents
If an application for naturalization is approved, the applicant signs everything at the conclusion of the interview and that includes going over the information that will be reflected on their Certificate of Naturalization. Once the applicant checks and sign everything, the IO will then sign and place a yellow paper (Notice of Conclusion of Examination and referal for Quality Review) on A-file. This completes the N400 journey, and triggers the notification "We recommended that your Form N-400: Application for Naturalization be approved. Your case was submitted for quality review."
Claims4 merged Claims3 and introduced few more automations. One of them is to trigger queing for Oath Cermoney while eliminating duplicate SORN. If all is good, an IO will issue a Notice of Oath Ceremony, asking the applicant to retun the last page on the day of Oath.
Have you received notice that your N400 was approved? Because this would have required you to review and sign during the interview.

If you completed all these steps and signed everything, I dont know what else is left.

Most baffling is that state DMVs are rapidly moving to digital drivers licenses and digital auto insurance cards, CBP has pretty much converted to facial recognition for U.S. Citizens and LPRs (eliminating the need for paper docs at the port of entry) and yet DoS and USCIS are stuck with a 19th century paper document model.

I just bought a house and my deed is digital.  I paid less than $1 to get one.

Even vaccine passports switched to digital in a matter of months

Green cards, passports, and naturalization certificates should be digital apps on your phone. You should be able to send QR codes that the passport agency uses to verify the documents.

Just a quick update, I emailed the addresses you gave and here is what was said to Me by Sean (screenshot won’t attach so I copied and pasted)…

“I looked for a request for this file in our system and did not find one.  I'm guessing that the file is still in US CIS holdings.  I will forward your email on to my contact there.”       Sean

120 days is what a general timeframe is to finalize it. However, there is not definitive timeframe binding USCIS to complete your case. Press option 6 I believe for info pass and speak to an agent.

If anyone happen to have USCIS's legacy account, I suggest they keep it active or restore the access, as the alerts and notifications in that appeare to be far more accurate and in real-time.
