Has anyone ever gotten their interview scheduled at the US embassy in Manila for IR5 visas? I have been Documentarily Qualified since May 27th. I am just wondering if anyone else is on the same timeline as I am. Thank you.

Hello Everyone! The NVC asked for a couple of more Documents for my AOS. I haven t submitted them yet because my Wife wants to make sure I can get back to the Philippines in time to fly to Manila with her for the Interview. One of the reasons we ve been waiting is because we were hoping the Philippines would ease up on the restrictions and the quarantine times on entering the Philippines, but it s not happening. Can anyone tell me the current estimated scheduling timeline, once you get approved by the NVC, to the scheduling of your Interview? I want to get this filed, then schedule to get back to the Philippines in time to accompany my Wife to Manila. Thank You in advance.

I'm starting to fill out the N-400 form to become a US Citizen, but to check my eligibility I have to choose this option below. I am at least 18 years of age and have been a lawful permanent resident of the United States for at least 3 years. In addition, I have been married to and living with a U.S. citizen spouse for the last 3 years, and my spouse has been a U.S. citizen for the last 3 years at the time I filed my Form N-400. But I haven't been a LPR for 3 years yet or married for 3 years yet. All of that will happen in less then 90 days from now. So can I still file it now? I am confused as I seen this message elsewhere. You may file Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, 90 calendar days before you complete your permanent residence requirement if your eligibility for naturalization is based upon being a: - Permanent resident for at least 3 years if you are married to a US citizen.
Thanks,
