US Immigration from Philippines

I was wondering if anyone else had this experience. We are waiting for my son s US passport renewal. We can only track status online.

The thing that has me wondering is it was Approved status back on May 4th however the status changed back to in process and has the same status as of May 16th.

I thought once approved the next update should be shipped. Right now I m not clear where it is in process or when it would arrive.

Below is the email I got on May 5th. Note that the date the passport should arrive was blank in the email below

I am a US citizen and planning to petition my mom. She does not really want to immigrate here, but her B2 visa renewal was denied recently. So I am thinking my next avenue is to just petition her.

I have a limited knowledge regarding the process of filing the i130, and my questions are:

1. Once I file, and lets say she went through all the hoops (medical, interview, approved) will she be granted a green card once she arrives in the US? What is the validity of that card?

2. Since she does not really want to stay here more than 3 mos, can she leave the US longer than a year?

So I was married 10 years ago in Philippines. My Filipina left me and the kids after 8 years. I am seriously thinking of moving to the PI. My new fiance thinks that would be great. But I think I would want to marry her there.

How do I get my American Divorce recognized in the PI? I am the American. I know divorce is not an option in the PI. Any suggestions and how long will it take?

It looks like there is an option to schedule for CRBA in Cebu City. Can the appearance also be done in Cebu? Has anyone experienced this?

Hello guys i have q question about i -797 form. We already got an interview date next month for my fiance at 06/15/2023 at the embassy for k1 visa but my i-797 form will be expiring (valid from 01/31/2023 till 05/31/2023) should i need to do something at this moment or should i call the u.s embassy so they should entend the validity?
