No need to wait.  File when you have all the required documents.  Strongly recommend you include I-765 and I-131 in the package.  Filing those are (still) free with I-485.

Hello. My mom arrived here in the US last month. She has a tourist visa. How soon can I apply for her i-130 and i-485?

Amazing that she arrived and so quickly changed plans to adjust status with no need to return from ‘vacation’…..   😳

It is a family affair.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
