US Immigration from Canada

I need to send an urgent document back to the Montreal Consulate for an IR-1 and need to confirm the mailing address for IV. I do not have the ability to print out the free certificate for courier. I do not mind; will use whatever the absolute fastest service is. Can someone please confirm the official address that you used to send documents recently to Montreal? Thank you all so much

Has anyone let their spouse fill their N400 on your account? My account has a pending I-130 and we'd like to use my account with my name on it rather than create another account. Is this okay or frowned upon?

My wife is Canadian with an IR1 here in the US for over 10 years. We're starting to work on the naturalization process for her to become a citizen. We're working on the form online, most of it seemed easy to us, until we got to the travel history part. As many of you I'm sure know, you need to provide the past 5 years of international travel history.

We're Nexus card holders and do land border crossings in the Buffalo, NY area quite regularly to see family on the weekends. Well, we don't keep a log of that. I called around on the Canadian and US side. Canada tells me there's no way. US told me to start a FOIA request. Is that the best way to get this? I wanted to check here before I went down the FOIA path. I saw there's an I-94 form online but the border guard on the phone said that's not what that is for.

Hi there. Has anyone sent out DS160 and the checklist from packet 3 before physically receiving their police clearance back? We received our packet 3 instructions last Friday and I have the DS160 form completed, but I m not getting my police clearance don t until tomorrow (and I m guessing the results will be received in about 2weeks). Can I just go ahead and email Montreal visa center in advance? Thank you.

Hi everyone. My fianc and I are K1 filers. We should be getting our NOA2 any day now. I m Canadian and he s American. I have many friends and family telling us that we could ve gotten married and lived in the US without doing this whole process. However, I feel like we did the right and honest thing by choosing a method by the book . But I m curious, are people really able to use the visitor visa/visa waiver to get married and adjust status without leaving the US? Also, on a spousal visa how long are you able to visit/live with a spouse in the US at a time before getting your green card? I would love to be able to answer how different methods work compared to the k1. Thanks!!
