So you married 10 years ago and got your green card 7 years ago? I can't see any issues from what you've said, but when did you actually separate from your wife?

Divorce?

Could she need it to start the divorce proceedings? How long did you actually live together after you arrived in the US?

It was a real marriage, just that there's alot of drugs going on in the house , I have audio recoding telling her I don't like that kind of life. And she told me to live his house.

His you mean the house belonged to her ex?

We live together 1years 4 months and she sack me from her house

You cannot be sacked, she's not your employer.

Divorce if you're not yet divorced. What if she opened credit cards or took loans in your name? There's no reason to be married to such person. You can live and renew your green card. She has no control over you or your immigration status.

I agree with the others that this should not be an issue relative to your LPR status.

I also agree, you should look to protect yourself by getting a legal divorce.
