For which she needs the Divorce Decree

are your children USC;s ;  if so,  call 911 and report them as not returned to you / get help from the law and don't take an answer like "we can not help u"

I think this idea to call 911 and write a letter to the embassy in Madagascar are good idea.

What do you expect them to do?

That is thru. I know if I go there , I can take my kids because I already contact the court and they told me that they will them to me. But the question is , when I bring them here, I am sure she will try to get them from me.

If I am living with my kids here, does she has the right to ask for child support?  Because I know where she is know, she doesn't have the good situation to live with kids.

She did not take them without his permission. They all traveled there together and he left his wife and kids there without him after the divorce.

There is nothing for him to do.

if the children are USC / the police can demand she return them  /  this has happened to others

and he expected them to be returned so he can do something

its under what can i do if my child was taken out of the US

Local police can work with you to enter your child’s name into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database. This will help in searching for your child. If you believe your child has already been taken out of state, you can also notify the nearest FBI field office, located by state. Some law enforcement agencies may be less responsive if there is no court order for your child. If you have difficulty getting local law enforcement to focus on the search for your child, contact the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) 24-hour hotline at 800-843-5678. NCMEC is a non-profit organization that provides support to parents whose children are missing, including domestic and international family abductions.

OP said in 1st post "On December 2024, we go back home and we divorced there because we got married in our country(Africa). After that I came back to the US and she stay there with our 6 months son and 2 years daughter."

He left them all there!!!  This is not a police matter at all.  In fact, she could sue him.

Oh Crazy Cat !!It's easy to judge someone, If you are able to do this kind of act so please and please don't think others can do that.   but I am going to explain you. Remember you can't force love . you can't force someone to fly with you if she doesn't want. Here i am talking about my kids but not about her. By the way I asked her to give the kids but she refused, saying that man can't raise kids. I accepted because she is the mother but now, she left them and come back somewhere here.

So when we go to Africa together in December, we decided to divorce and since I was there for Winter Break only, I decided to come back to work and she decided to stay there with the kids because when she was here, she didn't work. I knew that I can support them. Remember we are all both from Comoros. so After one week, she left the kids and come back somewhere to the US and didn't tell me nothing regarding the kids. Else I could go back and get my kids.

"You need to know that in Islam, you can tell you wife one time that you divorce with her or two times but she still your wife. only when you tell her three times the world divorce, you can't be with her anymore until she get married with someone else and divorce again."
