Filled out the online application and added all the PDFs for evidence, much nicer than AOS or ROC processes!

Waiting for a review and I'll be paying and filling it early next week. Looking forward to never having to do immigration paperwork ever again.

Became eligible first week January through 3 year marriage rule, ROC has been filed for a year now and hasn't gone past Case received.

Filed today, used the online system and kept the evidence strong but minimal - 3 years of tax transcripts, 3 bills, driver licenses, 2023 end of year joint account statement, insurances and house assessment from the city. All of these have the same address for me and the US citizen and prove financial co-mingling in my eyes, I mean married filing jointly for 3 years is enough right? Anyways, I know there's the school of thought to throw the kitchen sink and I have done so both for AOS and ROC, this time I stuck to what was required only.

As additional evidence I added 10 photos with captions in a pdf, request for combo interview and I-751 NOA. My case is textbook and has no complications so I am not expecting issues, maybe if the officer wants 2021-2023 evidence they can look at my I-751! Wouldn't that be convenient? 🤣

Good luck to us all and I hope to not see anyone posting here next year!!

These are the kind of applications that they love lol. The ones that are sufficient and not with a bunch of documents. You’ll be processed fast.

Hey all!

I filed for N400 Jan 14 online and today I received a notification that my interview was scheduled for Feb 27. But nothing on my pending I-765, which is making me wonder if I need to notify USCIS to request a combined interview...any thoughts? I filed after having my green card for 3 years on the basis of a US spouse.

Thanks so much!

Not quite! I got my greencard Jan 28, 2021 so I was only two weeks early.

thanks!!

Yeah you'll be fine then! I think most folks apply 90 days early and therefore have to wait ~90 days for the interview date so that it's after their 3yr anniversary.

I think someone in this thread got their interview notice in 6 days!

Still, though, way quicker than I expected it to be because it feels like most of the other steps took longer than average for me. Funnily enough, with the interview notice came my estimated wait increasing from 6 months to 7!

Wow!! I see a lot of people getting the Interview really fast. I just sent my N-400

January 21, 2024. I got NOA & Biometrics reuse January 21, 2024. But it says they will have a decision approx. 4 months.. so I applied for the 3 year role, and still have my I-751 pending for a year now. I don't know how this will play out? will I have a combo interview? or what do you guys think they do with this situations?

My wife applied yesterday via 3 year rule. It was the longest form we've done and required a lot of research. Like I can remember my ex wife's birthday from 40 years ago :)

We still have pending ROC.

GC date - 4/20/2021

Biometrics reuse notice - 1/24/2024

Our 2 daughters 11/14 already have their citizenships via step-parent adoption. (We included them on the ROC application but it's not necessary it appears, but better safe than sorry)

Evidence of marriage provided. We provided a lot more for ROC but since they have all that and it will probably a joint interview I sent minimal docs.

Marriage certificate

Car title with both names

Electric bill with both names

Bank account statement with both names

3 years of tax transcripts

Employee benefits sheet with all family members listed.

Credit card statement with both names listed.

Children's adoption paperwork

House deed

Hopefully this is a smooth process like everything else has been. Just the long waits.

My wife came to the US on an F1 visa about 10 years ago.

03/13/3008 Forms Recieved in Chicago

03/21/2008 NOA's received
