Seems like a terrible way to handle K-1 interviews......the rest of world does it differently.

CR1 interviews are not scheduled by NVC?

Same for Tunisia.  The consulate schedules the appointments for K-1 visas.

Morning 🫡 Does anyone know approximately how long it takes for the consulate to get back to you with an interview date after you paid your fee and according to my legal assistant, we have been escalated case, but I wanted to see approximately how long it takes for them to get back to us. Thanks in advance.

Per the link the embassy sent to me for our portal. We took our slip to Banque Populaire where they gave us a receipt number. We entered it on the portal as instructed and it says the consulate will reach out to us with an interview date. All I need to know is how long it takes for the Consulate to get back with an date.

I’m New. I don’t know anything about an African Forum. To my understanding you create a topic /question under K1 since it shows what country our case is in. I did the same thing last time and got a lot of replies on a question I had. Thanks !!

That's how the DS 160 is paid for the tourist visa

Email them and make the confirm its K1 because embassy post says pay it there

You took the correct step paying the fee at Bank Populaire (it can also be paid at the consulate on the day of the interview, either option is fine). But unfortunately K-1 interview timelines in Casablanca are varying wildly right now. You received the most up to date answers in your previous thread.
