Paying for the i-129F. Where does the money go?

The site shows how to prepare the money, in my case I filled out the form so I can pay with my card and put my card info on the form.

 

Is that all I need to do? Just put that form in the envelope with the i-129f and then mail it? Or is there an online place that I need to go to pay?

Thats what I want but the fiance changed her mind and is now set on doing it this way.

Every couple has their own priorities, and each couple must decide which visa is better for their situation.

K-1 
  More expensive than CR-1
  Requires Adjustment of Status after marriage (expensive and requires a lot of paperwork)
  Spouse can not leave the US until she/he receives approved Advance Parole (approx 6-8 months) 
  Spouse can not work until she/he receives EAD (approx 6-8 months) 
  Some people have had problems with driver licenses, Social Security cards, leases, bank account during this period 
  Spouse will not receive Green Card for many months after Adjustment of Status is filed.
  A K-1 might be a better choice when 18-21 year old children are immigrating also
  In some situations, marriage can affect certain Home country benefits, making a K-1 a better choice 
  A denied K-1 is sent back to USCIS to expire
  K-1 entrant cannot file for citizenship until after having Green Card for 3 years.
  Once an I-129F has been approved, delaying the case is difficult to impossible if the need arises.

CR-1/IR-1
  Less expensive than K-1 
  No Adjustment of Status(I-485, I-131, I-765) required. 
  Spouse can immediately travel outside the US 
  Spouse is authorized to work immediately upon arrival. 
  Spouse receives Social Security Card and Green Card within 2 or 3 weeks after entering the US 
  Opening a bank account, getting a driver's license, etc. are very easily accomplished with GC, SS card, and passport.
  Spouse has legal permanent Resident status IMMEDIATELY upon entry to US.
  The clock for citizenship filing starts immediately upon entry to the US.
  A CR-1/IR-1 case can be delayed indefinitely at NVC if the need arises.

To clarify, you have decided to do the K-1 route instead of marriage and a spousal visa?

I tried to go the marriage and spousal visa route. We were set on it but for some reason she started getting anxious about going to America on a tourist visa and getting married. So she decided she wanted to do the K-1. I tried talking her out of it but she doesn't want to risk it.

 

Anyways regarding pay, all I have to do is stick that form in along with the i-129f and mail it right? I don't have to go online somewhere to pay?

Correct, although I recommend a personal check.

Less chance of charge being declined, check can be stopped if needed (package could get lost).  Just my opinion.

I'm not sure why I-129fs have not been converted to an electronic online version yet. So little is required as evidence for a fiance petition.  Until online filing is possible, I guess there will be no online payment.

K-1 is riskier for her, since she will be totally dependent on you from the point she enters on a K-1 to the point she gets a 10 year GC.

Not with a K-1, which is what they are applying for.  The visa means nothing/has no purpose after the visa holder enters the US.
