No problem, seems to come up a lot.

Did you fill out page 8, items 61a-b?  If you did, that was a mistake.

I'll look into it now.   I'll report back to you all... This means the world to me.

fill out the I 824 (always read the instructions for filling out a immingration document)

You married 6/2022 and when this i 824 is submitted ,  it will add a year to the process to get to NVC

So, your case will turn into IR1  and a 10 year green card

spouse visa never does AOS in USA

if CR1,  it  would be ROC to remove conditions of the 2 year green card

Ok, I am looking now... I really appreciate your help.   Which one should I fill out (See 3rd screenshot) On 824: page 2 part 2.   1.b, 1.c, or 1.d?  I am thinking 1.d?

eg you filled out the form incorrectly,  You should have done 61 or 62, not both.   You can try to contact USCIS and get them to send it to the NVC,  apparently one filer was able to do that with apparent success.   Otherwise i-824.

Thank you...

I filed 824 and paid the fees.

After one week, I go back to USCIS website to check my application,  all my information there is GONE.  NOTHING is there.  I cannot find the "TIMELINE" status, and receipt notice and everything!

Did I do something, or are they moving the case forward?

Emily

Not sure,  in my USCIS account it still shows the I-130 Petition with "Case Closed" above it.

with a Case Status of "Case Was Sent To The Department of State".  Also the Case History shows the last item as "Case Was Sent To The Department of State".    Afaik the timeline on the i-824 is reported to be about 12 months.

It finally shows my record.  Everything is back to normal.  But I am not able to UPLOAD anymore docs.

If I am reading this correctly, you should read the application in Bold that states if the beneficiary is in the US, the fill out the Austin, TX part.  If not, just the Casablanca part.   @Troy Bwrote, not both.  The applications states is he is in US, then fill that part out.  @Boilerexplained this is why the application is in limbo.  See below.
