  1. It finally shows my record. Everything is back to normal. But I am not able to UPLOAD anymore docs.
  2. Thank you... I filed 824 and paid the fees. After one week, I go back to USCIS website to check my application, all my information there is GONE. NOTHING is there. I cannot find the "TIMELINE" status, and receipt notice and everything! Did I do something, or are they moving the case forward? Emily
  3. I'll look into it now. I'll report back to you all... This means the world to me.
  4. Ok, I am looking now... I really appreciate your help.
  5. I have uploaded the "non" sensitive image of my completed 130. I don't see any errors there. Why would I get this confusing Noa 797. What mistakes did I make? Does this help?
  6. I am currently working in USA and live in USA. I just have 3 year residency card from Morocco. Do I fill the 485 AND the 824? He is still in Morocco. I am in USA working.
  7. Ok I thought so too. Seems like I will need to send 824 via certified mail to USCIS. Which address?
  8. Petitioner: me = us citizen born and raised and was just qualified and issued a 3 year moroccan residency. Beneficiary: husband = moroccan and is OVER there.
  9. I am US citizen. the AOS is form 485 Correct? This is for my husband who lives in Morocco
  10. I am born US citizen but got Moroccan 3 year residency card. I am petitioning for my moroccan husband to move to USA and be with me.
  11. I am the beneficiary/INSIDE usa. To do the adjustment of status would be form 485? Also, I have "3 year" Morocco residency card. I am ready to MOVE to Morocco if I need to, that is why I picked both. OK, seems like I will do 824 form and send it to USCIS and do the 485. I appreciate your response. Emily
