Been a while since I posted.... went a little dark after my GC was approved... back now.... submitting ROC on Monday 5/8.... I lost my wallet recently which had my Green Card in it.... THANKFULLY have a copy of front and back of the Green Card...that could've been a headache if not....  From what I read online I can't actually even request a replacement while on a conditional card.... so I'm prayerful that before I need it again physically that the ROC is approved and new card is sent out.... If not I also understand I can make an infopass appointment if I need to travel.  As long as I don't need to leave the country I think I'm going to be OK... with a new baby due in just 12 days... and my folks traveling here for that... I think I'll be pretty grounded for a while now anyway...  Will be filing N-400 as soon as eligible... so I guess there's always that too....depending how long the processing takes.

Sorry to hear you lost your GC. Have you filed a police report?

You should be able to get I-90 on file, which in its turn will allow you to get an ADIT stamp in passport. Do it as soon as you can after baby's birth in case if you have to travel or prove your immigration  status. Do not just leave it as is, life happens and it may hurt having no proof of LPR status. Some I-751s take 2-3 years to get approved.

May I humbly suggest that everyone be specific about which location they are sending their I-751 to. Most don't mention it, and I think it would help in determining if one location is any faster (or slower) than another. Thanks.

Removal of conditions

05-02-23 I-751 sent via FedEx.

05-03-23 I-751 delivered to USCIS address in Tempe AZ.

05-09-23 Check for $680 cashed.

05-15-23 Received I-797 NOA (48-month extension). A separate letter saying biometrics to be re-used. A third letter giving online access code.

You mean P O Box vs Physical address?  That is the only choice you have.

You cannot pick location. You send it to the address provided on USCIS website and USCIS assigns service center for you.

No. Location means Arizona or Illinois. Simple.

Why would it matter which LOCATION is faster since you cannot choose?  I really don't think the receiving location affects the processing speed much.

We filed today!  In all it was between 450-500 pages due to the joint checking/savings account statements 🥴

UPS says it will be delivered tomorrow!

Now the long wait begins!

I was just told we shouldn’t have put the tabs on there 🤦🏻‍♀️

When we filed his AOS in 2020 it was before the time where they scanned everything and had it start with IOE and we also didn’t have an online account with a code, etc so this is all new. Sigh

It depends on what other evidence you have. What I've gathered from other posts in this forum is that affidavits are generally considered weaker evidence. But if that is what you have you should obviously include them. I chose not to because I felt we had enough evidence such as financial co-mingling, assets, taxes, etc...
