QQ - i received my conditional green card on July 27, 2021 is this the date i use as my LPR? i am trying to work out when i should apply for my Citizenship.

You became a legal resident the day your Adjustment of Status was approved.  Generally, you can apply for citizenship about a year after filing the I-751.  If your timeline is correct, you can file for citizenship on 04 / 28 / 2024 (but I would wait a day or so after)

Where did you go to chat with someone, with Emma all I get is automated things and can never get a person. I'd like to know my IOE too.

I sent my case to Tempe so not Phoenix and I haven't heard anything but my check being cashed on the 23rd.

Go to emma, type in customer service, eventually it gives you an option to connect to live agent

48 months extension NOA received in the mail 05/29/2023. Still nothing uploaded to the online USCIS account.

Were they dated the same date and just moved through USPS at different speeds?
