f1 visa and marriage or engagement, can i still use f1 visa?

okay thank you again, what i heard was, if i get married (or apply for f1 visa or even have a us citizen boyfriend) this will be a big problem if i try to enter with f1 again.

 

but from what i heard here, i can start f1 or even green card and then enter us with f1 as long as i come back to my country to finish the k1 or green card process. right?

you're saying that i should get married in the us after entering with f1 visa without waiting at all? but in this case, why would i go to my home country for interview? i thought interview will be in the us if i marry in the us

Nothing says that you cannot marry while on an F-1 or tourist visa......  It is illegal to enter the US as a visitor with the intent to STAY!!!!

There is nothing illegal in entering the US as a visitor to marry and leave.

If you have a valid F1 to enter the US for school, and you enter the US for that, and on one weekend while you are here legally you decided to marry your partner you are fine.  You can continue school, your USC spouse can file the I130, you can leave and come back assuming you are still in school, and when school is complete, you can leave and finish the processing of your spousal visa back home.

read my post. K1 is not short time anymore. it might take longer and definitely more pricey. that's why we keep telling you to file spouse visa

K1 USED TO BE faster, NOT ANYMORE.

this people who said K1 take less time probably got their fiance visa many years ago

Have you used your F-1 ( for entry)  after the children’s birth? Assuming here they were born in the US and have been in your care since you left a year ago.
Wondering what questions CBP asked when they saw your young US Citizen  children with you…

thanks i understand, can you please explain one last thing? i understand entering with intention to immigrate is fraud and that is not what i want to do but how do they know? 

how can i not let them think that about me? i mean if someone enters with that intention, he will enter and get married. but that's also what i can do, so how do they know? 

 

i am no fraud, i will continue my school but i can also have a right to marry after entering with student visa, so what makes them think i am not fraud? i just don't want to do anything that will make them think that about me..

it makes sense and thank you but sorry i am not clear on one thing: if i get married in the us and start the greencard process in the us while studying, isn't my process continue in the us? why will i go back home to finish the process?

my childeren were born here in my country and yes i used my f1 for entry and no questions were asked because their father brought them here. hope i understood your question.

i understand it.. it is not illgegal to marry but it is fraud to enter with the intention but please explain this: how do they know my intention. i know my intention and it is not fraud, i really want to enter to study BUT at the same time, i will marry my partner, so technically a person who wants to do fraud does the same thing.. so how can i separate myself from them? is there actions i can take for it?

Sorry if I was a little strong.  I am certainly not mad.  I am just emphasizing....There is a lot of misinformation out there on FB and Reddit.  We hear a lot of "people say"...I just want you to get accurate information...... Good luck.
