Hi,

My Fiance has her K-1 Visa interview next month. God willing she will get approved and she will come here in April. If we applied for the adjustment of status, how long will she have to wait to get the green card?

Wanted to get an idea of the processing times because I have googled it and gotten numbers from 9 months to 27 months....

A year would be lucky.  You can minimize the delay on your side by getting married as soon as feasible, and filing for adjustment of status when you have the marriage certificate in hand.  Don't forget to request AP and EAD, so that your spouse might be able to travel, or work, in 8-9 months from filing...

But don’t get married until the SSN has been applied for. Apply for an SSN two working days after point of entry and when the I-94 is available.

It is wholly dependent on your local field office and their backlog/wait times. Some are completed within months, others like the Seattle LFO take 2 years.

I was planning to apply for advanced parole right after getting married and filling for the AOS, you are telling me I have to wait 8-9 months after filing for AOS to apply for advance parole?

I am in Salem Oregon, so I think the closest one to me is the Portland (POO) ?

No. Simply that it is not uncommon to have to wait 8-9 months to receive AP/EAD, after filing for them.
