You’re not alone. We’re still waiting. No word on movement/transfer of ROC either.  @yoda one for me have you heard anything from Milwaukee?

It sucks that you're also in this situation, but it feels good that I am not alone. Honestly, I don't care about getting citizenship fast (after all, we have almost same rights as a USC except for voting), but what really bugs me is the lack of transparency with which they handle cases. People at Columbus FO that applied even after me are already getting scheduled for an interview...

I agree, no real hurry. It would just be nice to be done. I say this but then I think we’ll have to apply for a green card for my mother-in-law. Unfortunately we already know she’d be denied a B1/2 coming from Brazil. Only time will tell. Very unique situation with her, but we’ll cross that bridge when we get there.

Absolutely, if there’s one thing I’ve learned throughout all of this is to take one thing at a time.
Just like you, I want to be done

Pushing kinda close, not sure if you can get a passport that quickly unless you pay big bucks!

It will have to be a passport agency one day appointment unfortunately, plus I'd need it for end of June so it would still have to be expedited.

I-751 Application - Nov 26, 2012.
NOA - Nov 27, 2012.
Bio Appointment Dec 31, 2012.
New Appointment Jan 8, 2013.

I-751 Removal of Conditions - Approved May 28 2013

Green Card Production notice - June 13 2013

Green Card Received - June 20, 2013

Citizenship Application - January 17, 2023

Yep.  Even expedited cases are taking 7-9 weeks.

Not yet, looks like some folks who put in their N400 last October got their interview and this month and oath next month so I'm assuming I won't hear much on my case til sometime in late Summer.

As you know from my posts, I filed almost a year before you (for both I751 and N400 timelines), and I am 100% with you about the lack of transparency part. This is exactly what is bugging me the most--it does not feel right when there is a major variance in how cases are handled. I assume your file was thick enough to approve your application even without opening your file. Same went for me. And all of that begs the question, why, given same or worse inputs (i.e. quality of applications and filing at the same time) we get such different outcomes--some applications are processed within several months, while others take year(s). Big sigh.

Also, I wish the only advantage of citizenship would be voting--alas, there are many more limitations (depending on one's needs, of course).

Exactly. I just draw an analogy with my profession. I am a teacher at a Middle School. This is exactly like me returning exams/papers to just two out of my 43 students. I am sure I would get called out by my administrators, and rightfully so, for not treating my students equally.

And yes, oh boy, my 751 package was 6 lb thick. I included very revealing evidence of a bona fide relationship (joint leases for 2 years, joint mortgage, joint house title, joint bank statements... everything covering 2 years +9 months of our marriage) and yet here we are. I just found out someone at LIN got approved in 23 DAYS and I couldn't help but feel dissappointed at how unfair this process is.

Well it's done the wife had her oath ceremony this afternoon, really nothing to report it was not to overly crowded as my wife's ceremony was the third and final one of the day so there were about 495 people taking the oath. Worst part was the traffic going home. So its all over but the shouting, gotta get that passport and update her SS records and its truly done!

For all of you still waiting for USCIS to get off their duffs, you know the drill by now it's coming and it's only a matter of time and it'll be done for you too. Hang in there there's light at the end of the tunnel for sure!

Awesome, congratulations!
