Expedite request for my minor daughter outside US i130

Below is my question. I have the response from uscis what does it means?

 

"The status of this service request is:

 

We received your request for expedited processing, and we will accommodate that request.  Your case is now under expedited review".

There's no need to explain this. There's no other way to explain it in simpler terms. It's already at It's simplest level.

Anytime my students ask me what a text means I just ask them “what do you think it means?”. So, same question for you: read it again and tell us what you think it means

Guys I just want to know if it means the expedite is been approved or not?

I would say yes, it was approved and your case has been expedited.

 No. It says it’s under review.

You can say it’s been Approved when the status changes to approved. Until then, they’re supposedly just reviewing it

Incorrect. If it was approved the status would say “approved”

To me it reads that the expedite request was granted (approved?) and that OP’s I-130 is now under expedited review. Could still be a while, just less slow than the ‘normal’ applications.

I called uscis yesterday, the guy said the expedite is been approved.  But am not 100% sure about it.

My love, your case is being expedited. You can expect your daughters case to be moved to the front of the line to be adjudicated. I think this was pretty straightforward.

I think they meant the expedite request has been approved. But the case itself is under expedited review.
