Hi Jamie snd Richard, congrats on the NOA2! Did you expedite your request?

Yes same question. Congratulations 🎊

Yes, my congressman helped with expediting our case as I went through an extremely traumatic health issue. I am sure if you look through my profile you will see my recent posts about this as I don't want to share again because I am still going through extreme therapy and medical assistance to cope and move past it.

Thank you. I understand. I asked as I am going through a similar process with a high risk pregnancy and actually reached out to my congressman today for help after getting the run around for 2 months and denied for expedite without review

Make sure to follow up with them in case you do not hear back from them. My congressman's office was pretty diligent in responding to me, but be sure to do some groundwork. I am sending you healing energy and pray that you will see a good outcome soon. Please take care of yourself.

Thank you, I’m trying…I wish the same for you and expedition with the NVC for a swift arrival of your fiancée

Hi. My I-129F petition was also approved on October 19. How can I find out when NVC received my case?

My congressman reached out to USCIS and the NVC for me. But you can also email them and contact them yourself using the inquiry form on NVC’s website.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
