Hey guys, the course that I want to attend, is now  opened for enrollment. Here's the thing,it is the first week in January and my appointment is 4 week before it starts. 

The course was under redevelopment, I'm guessing because of the pandemic. Do you think I should go for it,or wait till next year to attend it in the summer?  I am afraid.

Are you attempting to enroll  in a US college ? You need a student visa not a visitor visa. Please give specific details regarding  your situation.

  • college must be accredited college or tech school
  • you need to apply and be accepted
  • you need the I 20 from the school 
  • you need to show financial resourses to pay the tuition and room and board plus books (or college approved computer if required )

I agree we need clarity on the visa type but the question itself is strange. Usually the issues to do with rejection are about the applicant not being able to sufficiently prove non immigrant intent and /or the ability to fund themselves without working illegally in the US. Is this a visa mill institution offering the course and if not, what exactly is the concern about it?
