My local SCUBA store gives them out instead of the cheap plastic bags.  While not quite as robust as some I have seen for sale, I have been using these poly bags for about 3-4 years now.  One handle is about to go, so I guess it's about time to go buy something I don't need from the SCUBA store to get it replaced.

Two years ago we had a new dock and deck made at our house in the Keys replacing one that was constructed with PT lumber.  This time we used a product called TanDeck, a product made entirely from recycled HDPE which is largely old milk jugs.  50 year warranty.

 

So far it's great and still looks like new.  Always hated the way PT lumber warped, cracked, splintered and weathered in the intense FL sun.

I like those, too.  The plastic supermarket bags are good for dumping cat poop into, and periodically I take my extras to my favorite thrift shop, where they know that they're clean, dry, not torn, not gross, and not wadded up.
