Yes! Time to hunker down for the long wait. But at least it wasn’t a rejection. Apparently it was received on the 21st but for some reason I only just got the text today. Strange but at least I can have some peace of mind now

Question....If we didn't fill out the G-1145 form, is there any way of knowing the case was accepted?

My package was shipped out via FedEx on 9-22 and was supposed to be delivered 9-23. However it was delayed and was delivered on 9-26 and was signed for @ 11:49 am. 

 

I am hoping for an update soon.

They will send you the NOA in the mail.  Give it time.  Usually, it is 7-10 days.  But, there are people within the thread that got the NOA 2-3 weeks later.  Stay put for now. 🤓

Check was cashed 09/27.

 

I am confident they deposited yesterday, which is why I received the text.  But, there is that delay between depositing and the bank posting the transaction.

 

Either way, hoping for waived biometrics and NOA.  Then, off we go!

It arrived 09/21.  Waiting for check to be cashed.

 

@Charlys&Indy Did your biometrics get waived at least?

 

I am afraid that it is gonna take so long my husband will need to do biometrics and we will get scheduled for ROC interview, even though we had one for AOS.

Just got a status update: Biometrics got waived (reused the 485 AOS one, which was taken in Feb 2020). Haven't received the paper confirmation yet.

 

751 Delivered on 9/12/2022

Received the 24-month extension on 9/19/2022

Biometrics waived on 9/27/2022

 

Processing Center is EAC. Just searched the nearby 500 cases on the Case Tracker: EAC has applied Biometrics to most I-751 cases...looks like it should be an automatic reuse.
