    Was approved March 4th combo interview. Still waiting for oath to be scheduled. Doesn’t seem like there’s an oath ceremony here till late May. Kansas City FO

    Exactly one week. So 5 days later minus weekends. Although I did get an “action taken on your case” email prior but there was no change at the time

    Applied Sept. 6th. I didn’t get biometric reuse immediately. Matter of fact I didn’t get it for a few days. I assumed I would be getting a bio appt. But after a while my status changed to case is actively being reviewed and I got the reuse document. So I suggest just waiting a bit, you’ll get an update.

    Anyone gets the “action has been taken on your case email?” But no updates on the online account thereafter? Applied Sept 6th. Got receipt notice but still waiting on biometrics.

    General N400 question; just for perspective. Married since 2019. Filed 2020 and got conditional GC Nov. 2020. Filed I-751 Sept. 2022 (still pending). Filed for Naturalization under 3-year rule Sept. 2023. Have tax transcripts 2020- present. Joint Lease from 2019-present. Joint bank statements from 2019-present. Bills. Joint auto and renter Insurance etc. Only caveat is that my spouse is currently in law school (gonna be done next year) so we don’t live together 24/7 but she’s always back during holidays or when school’s out and will move back fully once she’s done. No AR-11 filed as I’ve not changed residence. Any tips, thoughts?

    Question; while completing the form it asks about selective service. Apparently I’ve been registered since I was 18 (actually had no idea I did this but thankfully I did). For those who fall within the 18-26 age range do you upload your proof of Selective service registration as evidence? Or just fill out the number and that’s enough. Thoughts?

    Hi! So I sort of had the same situation. Sent on the 17th. Delivered on the 19th. No text since then until yesterday I got a text that my case was received. I don’t know how to put in a query through Emma but I did email lockbox support to inquire on if it was received or not. And couple hours later I got a text. Could be merely coincidence? Hopefully you get some news soon.

    Yes! Time to hunker down for the long wait. But at least it wasn’t a rejection. Apparently it was received on the 21st but for some reason I only just got the text today. Strange but at least I can have some peace of mind now

    Mine also went to the Phoenix lockbox. This was the update I got from usps tracking. Latest Update Your item has been delivered and is available at a PO Box at 12:02 pm on September 19, 2022 in PHOENIX, AZ 85036.

    Did anyone mail their package via USPS? Mine got delivered on the 19th of September to the PO Box and I still haven’t received any correspondence from USCIS. I noticed most people use fedex or ups and get a receipt within 3-4days. I’m currently going on day 5 now and nothing. Getting really worried as it shows delivered but no notification and money order has not been cashed either. Sigh just wondering if anyone else has experienced delays receiving the e-notification

    Same here. Package delivered Monday 19th September. Still haven’t received a text or any correspondence. Years slowly being taken off my life at this point.

    Thanks man! Yeah I would assume that would be what would count as “filed” and not when it was signed. I know I’m just super anxious because I haven’t gotten a text yet but It got delivered Monday so hopefully I get one in the coming days.

    Hi. Thank you for the response! I guess ultimately I’m really unsure of when USCIS considers a packet to be filed. Does the date the packet is received count as when it was “filed” or when you filled and signed the form. Although I don’t think it’s the latter. My packet got delivered this week and I haven’t gotten a text confirmation so I’m thinking of everything and anything that could’ve been wrong.

    Hello All, I’m stressing out and maybe it’s just paranoia? But my wife and I are September filers. Our windows opened on the 29th of august but we didn’t actually file till the 19th. We were waiting for other supporting documents so we didn’t file for a couple weeks. Issue is; we had filled the I-751 form beforehand and signed and dated it a week before our window opened. On the “date of signature” we put the date we signed the form (22nd august). Now I’m slightly worried if we’d get denied for “early filing” even if we technically just filled this week. package sent: 17sept2022 delivered: 19sept2022 no text confirmation yet. Any inputs will be appreciated. Thanks!
