i had the same situation. still no text but i called them up and got my case number

Sent on sept 16 delivered phoenix, az sept 21 called to get case number update and got it. MSC Sept 28 check cashed Still no text or mail but i have case number so i am not that worried

i went for GC interview back in my country. i am CR1 conditional applicant

turns out MSC is not on the list

hello, we sent in on 16th it was received on 19th, still no text. no charge on account. someone said they were able to get an update from Emma the AI, if anyone know what to put in query on the emma chat. thanks
