Yes, you obviously have a chance.

Doctors are expensive in the United States.  Without a job or bank accounts, how are you going to pay the medical bills?

Good luck

my boyfriend, the father of my child and his family are going to help with fees ,flights, medical care and all we need for the time we are going to be staying there

How long do you intend to stay there?
With no ties to where you are living now and a potentially open-ended reason to go to the US, I think your chances of a visa might be difficult.

I intend to stay less than 2 months . I will have to come back to Italy because I have another daughter who's going to school .but I had put her on visa request too because we thought we are going to go when she was on holidays .by the time my visa will be approved, if will be approved, then she should get back to school. So now,I am not sure if she will come with me or not.i m still trying to get her a visa for the future .

You can certainly apply

Visa issuance is not guaranteed.

Will your daughter’s treatment be completed in less than two months if you’re planning on staying for less than 2 months?

I would make that very difficult.

Good luck.

Just another random guy from the internet with an opinion, although usually backed by data!

No.it wont .but she will be evaluated by other doctors  and have some of tests done . Or at least start them .in italy its taking too long even though they said i should start immediately.

What happens after the tests/evaluation in that case? She starts the treatment and you leave the US with her without completing the recommendation line of treatment? In your initial post, you indicated you wanted to bring her in for treatment. And now it seems like you’re saying you’re bringing her in for evaluation/getting a second opinion.

Considering the treatment itself will be well beyond the duration of a visitor’s authorized stay, I highly doubt a B1/B2 visa will be approved for you. However I could be wrong, only one way to find out. Attend the interview as scheduled and do keep us posted.

So,she was diagnosed with late development after checking her at a local doctor.

And of course,  start  some  important tests on her ,before diagnosing her with autism . Making sure she can hear ,or tests on her brain.as far as i understood .i really don't know how those tests are  called ,and really don't know how all this is going to work. I know autism it's a long process ,the doctor who visited my daughter  studied in the states.so definitely I can bring back to Italy every document .

What exactly will make it difficult?

You have no ties to Europe. Yes you’re leaving a child behind but you presumably have someone to look after her and you’ll be with the other one in the US, so the “ties” seem equally balanced.

The question for you is likely to be , are you happy for her to go to the US without you for as long as this takes (I assume one of her US relatives could come over to accompany her on the flight to the US).
