    Hi! Just to update you incase you didn't see. Some people got interviews on the facebook page. Their dqs are: 20/7/2021 - CR1 3/11/2021 - IR1 Last one is pretty close to your dq date in october so hope you hear something soon. I'd like to point out though that some people within those dates still haven't gotten a letter (some august and july) so they might not be going in exact order. Also, for both of these, people stated they weren't expedited.

    Well I'm glad it all worked out for you! They would definitely catch up if they did that but no they're gonna take all the time in the world. The whatsapp group was deleted today because some people got into arguments lol and the facebook group is just as bad. People don't want to post good news so they don't jinx themselves or get the evil eye? lol Jordanian things haha. But yes please if you get any news or hear anything please let me know on here and I'll do the same.

    I usually hear that pregnancy isn't a good reason to expedite unless it was critical to the baby or mother (which I totally disagree with, it's definitely valid). I'm in a facebook & whatsapp group for cr1/ir1 applicants in Jordan and some people have said that they received an email that says their case was expedited although they didn't really request an expedition to their case so it's puzzling. I'm very happy for you guys though and I'm hopeful that you will get your interview very soon. It does seem like they are improving but at the same time I still feel like they're not really giving us the priority yet. If they do the same number of B1/B2 interviews for us immigrants in a month, all the backlog for IV category would be done. I'm really not sure why they don't want to do that though. It's been a long journey and we can't wait for the end. I wish you guys luck!

    Hi! Thank you for sharing. Do you mind sharing your DQ date and the general reason for your expedite request? We were dq'ed ealy this month and it seems like it's going to be a really long wait. We'd like to know if we can request an expedite on our case

    We submitted my immunization card which is in Arabic. I translated it myself (I'm not a certified translator) and attached it to the Arabic version along witha paper my attorney sent me that has a statement exactly like the one you typed above. I wrote my full name, dated it, signed it, and submitted. It was accepted but we got RFE for some taxt paper.

    You already got a response back? We submitted on June 3rd as well but we haven't heard anything back yet so I'm guessing I should hear back from them today?

    Is this your first time submitting? The 1099 that we got an RFE for was only about 25 dollars in total and it was some intreset from her bank so it's barley anything but they still asked for it. Just make sure to include all w2's and 1099's that are contributing to the total amount reported for the specific year. Do make sure you include a letter explaining along with the documents. I wish you the best of luck!

    No joint sponsor, it's only my wife. We missed adding a 1099 form so we added that and hoping to be DQ'd this time.

    We submitted an RFE on June 3rd so coming up pretty soon! I'll report back once we get an email!

    Yes they have to know where that money reported is coming from. Let me give you a basic example. Let's say you reported 30k for the year 2021 and let's say you made the 30k from 3 different jobs. You will need to provide all 3 w2/1099 forms that show the amount 30k. W2 for 10k + w2 for 10k + W2 for 10k = the 30k reported on your income taxt for the year 2021. Some Jobs might not give you a w2 I think and will give you a 1099 instead so you should put that in. If I'm wrong please anyone correct me but I had the same FE and I had actually forgot to include a 1099 form.

    Do they all (w2/1099) equal the total amount when added up together reported on your income for that year?

    They just updated their website and put the correct date 12 May. We were super excited because if it was true then we would've been reviewed for our rfe in a couple days but now it's pushed back for 3 weeks :(
