I became F1 on October 2022 but F1 was current for my PD date on Dec. 2018, so will they consider the October 2022 as the 1 year sought to acquire? I know my 1-130 was pending for 48 months so I know my son is way below age in Cspa. I just wanna make sure about the sought to acquire date since my son was just removed from my ceac account after WE got Dq.

Hello, after getting dq as category f11 with my 3 kids, my oldest son's name was removed as a derivative from my ceac account even though he qualifies for CSPA. what action should i take? They didnt send any message rather his name is gone. Is this because they are studying his cspa eligibility? Do i need to contact nvc or is this an embassy issue? I

Second after an RFE. BIRTH CERTIFICATES AND POLICE CERTIFICATES for me and my 2 children. They were accepted in feb. Yesterday my civil documents were incomplete and certificates marked missing. The old ones still appear.

Hello, Does any one know why birth-certificates and police certificates accepted back in February suddenly appeared as missing. The original ones still appear but new ones also appear as missing. I AM waiting to be reviewed after an rfe and suddenly noticed this issue. Do i resubmit? Will it set me back in line?

Would a wages and income transcipt also solve my issue with NVC? THEN they can see the source of the 300$ interest income claimed in the 1040? -

Yes this is the latest from nvc unfortunately . My sponsor has no idea about the source of this interest and which bank as he told me. He said he would ask his accountant but Im not expecting a call back. This is why Im looking for ways to resolve this issue with NVC on my own. -

Hello . I wanted some help. I figured out with some help that the issue with the 1099 is due to a taxable interest reported in my joint sponsor's tax transcripts. It is interest on a bank account for almost 300$. My sponsor has no idea about this 1099-Int and his accountant insists there are no 1099. Any ideas as to how i can resolve this issue witH NVC? IT SEEMS like I wont be able to get this document. -
