Moscow need both interviews letter and case number, the clinic supposed to mail the examination results to the embassy, if no interviews letter or case number, how they identify who the results are for?

I was told I need to go and pick up the medical results, about 2weeks after the medical check, from the hospital, and bring the sealed envelope with me to the interview. If it was DS-260 then only they would send the medical results straight to the embassy, but I was told DS-160 is "old school" paper version.

I am also k1 visa but they told me a different story, our case is in transit and I hope it arrives in Warsaw tomorrow and I will call the embassy to ask

Have you done medical yet? If not, the doctor in Warsaw will produce your results in less than a week - that's how it was for us, and you pick it up directly at the clinic. Nothing gets shipped to the embassy. The doctor only asked us for the case number, I don't recall if they asked our interview date. Regardless, medical is only good for six months, though you can schedule the medical far in advance.

Argentina will not allow the medical exam before an interview date is made, we tried☹️

We got our medical done today :) The doctor told me to email her the NVC case number and interview date when I receive those, and said she will fill up that info then. Then doctor said that I can just pick up the envelope from them before the interview. :)

Hello!

So as i wrote here before it has been over 3 weeks since our NOA2, i called NVC this Wednesday, they said that they have not recieved it yet.

I checked other people`s timeline here and the average wait time USCIC→NVC is 2-3 weeks.......I am getting frustrated......

Also intresting point - my notice date on NOA2 paper is Sunday (4/17), but on USCIS website its Monday (4/18).....

Can i call USCIS and ask if they sent my case or ready to send it?

Mine took 4 weeks, and then an additional one for the case to be processed

We contacted USCIS to ask about our address, and at the same asked if USCIS already shipped the case to NVC. Well I had already called NVC before that, and I knew NVC had received it (we got out case number too already) USCIS told me that the case has not been shipped yet and I should give it 60-90days. I was thinking it is way too funny they bluntly lie to your face like that.. They had not updated the address either..

I am thinking the shipping dates sheet is wrong. It seems the sheet has wrong weeks on it. So we should be in transit next week! :)

Our case arrived at the embassy on Monday, we got instructions to log in, they do not give you an appointment, we have to continually log in to see if there is an appointment available.  Can’t pay the visa fees or schedule a medical exam without an appointment, after 5 days still nothing available.  Seems weird that they don’t schedule appointments as they receive them from NVC.  Once again we can’t call and talk to anyone, playing another waiting game, so frustrating!!

Have you gotten a welcome letter? You need to make an account to the embassy webpage us travel docs then you need to fill DS-160. After doing that you choose on your account to new application. Then the application asks your DS-160 number and passport number and other basic information. Then you are taken to the MRV fee page where you are given CGI confirmation number. Then you are able to schedule the interview online.

And medical needs your NVC case number and they might ask your DS-160 confirmation page. You can see the list of doctors and just call them :)
