Federal Judge Rejects DOD Claim That Pfizer EUA and Comirnaty Vaccines Are ‘Interchangeable’

This apparently happened about a month ago and somehow I missed it when we were having endless debates about whether the FDA approved vaccine is the same legally speaking as the EUA vaccine. Apparently a federal judge thinks they are two very different shots legally and unless this was overturned and I am unaware the legal precedent has been set and the FDA approved shot and the EUA shot are in fact legally speaking NOT interchangeable.

Another rare blow on behalf of common sense.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

I swear I know someone posted on here that the two vaccines were distinctly different.  Said poster also pointed out that Comirnaty hasn't been distributed in the US to date.

They are different. There’s no Comirnaty available in the US. They’re using the EUA stock of Pfizer (for protection purposes under PREP?).
Looks like they’re waiting for FDA approval of Pfizer for children (all ages) so they can stick it on the childhood vaccine schedule and have it under VICP liability cover (aka federal tax payers foot the bill as certain $$ from each dose goes into the fund). Total scam.

Did you see Nigeria destroying millions of doses of I think Pfizer as the use by date was fast approaching (within couple of weeks)? And manufacturer claiming the use by date can be extended by x number of months. Yeah, I wouldn’t trust them either.

Was watching one doctor go over hot batches found in VAERS - someone pulled data comparing flu vaccines that had a max 37 reports of AEs for that batch (there were two spikes one at around 23 and one at 37 with all others around 4-5). This was for I believe 10 different types of flu vaccines.

They then ran the numbers for covid shots (US only do Pfizer, Moderna and JJ) - that had so many spikes it made me sick looking at it - some at 600 AEs a batch - and that’s reported ones - can’t imagine what would be if it were really reported (as we know VAERS accounts for max 10% of AEs per the Harvard study). Now they assumed the lots were numbered sequentially but they’ll do analysis based on reporting dates as big pharma has tendency to not be transparent on the batches (like how they randomized batch numbers of DTP shots after there were clusters of AEs found in certain states - can’t see clusters any longer as batch numbers randomized - can’t say it was the shot - this was 1980s).

Tells you just how consistent quality controls are being done /not/ and they don’t care - no liability, no verification of purity of product. No wonder Japanese stopped with shots when they found metal shavings in them. There are no guarantees you’re not getting excess mRNA in the shot so that Pfizer’s 30 mcg could actually be 300 or 3000 you’re getting - no way to know. Or moderna’s 100 could be three or x number more. And in the trials that settled on the amount causing antibody response with acceptable adverse effects and they know more than x amount will cause issues. I think this is what we’re seeing now with blood clots, strokes, myocarditis, heart attacks especially after boosters.

People mocked me for saying that legally the FDA approved and EUA shots are two different shots. Yet here we are with a federal judge saying just that and all of a sudden those people don't want to chime in.

Some may by now be on PVJV (permanent VJ vacation).

Others have flown the CEHST coop, seemingly.

And where is NB2?  Getting worried.

Oh I know all of this.
I’ve read someone’s substack who exposed the way CDC has set up VAERS to give signals of problems based on some convoluted formula that includes AND - so something like percentage of events then squared AND falling within parameter X and even if numbers are in thousands (like 15,000) the formula in use wouldn’t catch the signal. This was back in July when he wrote about it. Makes sense why Israelis caught myocarditis signal two months before CDC - though it doesn’t instill confidence in Pharma held FEDERAL institution (which is why I don’t trust much of anything CDC says - especially after reading RFK Jr’s book on Fauci).
