Can K2 dependent travel alone?

My daughter and I are due to travel today but I tested positive in my PCR test. She will turn 21 tomorrow, our flights is today. Can she be allowed an extension in her visa? Or can she travel alone and go ahead while I’m isolating?

Why was this flight booked last minute? So what did OP end up doing to solve this?  I am quite sure this visa was issued long ago.

Now I think about it your question could cover many situations including where AP is not relevant.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

*or K1 can travel first, and K-2 will follow to join at a later travel date.

 

So in your current circumstance, the answer is NO, she can't travel before you.

Wouldn't point #2 be an issue in this case if her birthday is literally tomorrow?

Yes, does not seem possible for her to use the K2

I mean that'd be the only recourse in this case. The issue is that F2B is backlogged like 6+ years.

That's the only course of action I could think of......very unfortunate....and the Daughter must remain unmarried, correct?
