How long are you going to be gone? why can't you just send it when you and your husband return?  are you going to be gone for longer than 3 months?

I realize you're in a really tough situation, but I would wait till after your window opens a few days before I sent the package.  The USCIS could refuse your package, and then you guys will have a serious headache.

I would not leave anything to chance.  I would not  send the package till 3 or 4 days after the window opens.

I wish you the best of luck whatever you decide   I hope it works out

Looks like someone in August 2022 ROC filers has gotten approved. No interview  Nebraska service center! Now that's fast 60 days they said. It's a mystery how USCIS works.

@Sarge2155 They just process a bunch of fresh cases quickly to lower average processing times. That's my uneducated and unproven guess. Good for the filer though, bet they're happy 😊

Yes they are happy over joyed in fact. That's  extremely  quick. 60 days for ROC unreal!

Don't get me wrong, I am happy for them. But I am also LIN and filed in February with a very solid case. They should work on a first come, first serve basis. Not fair.

It really makes you wonder what their rationale for processing is, or even if they have any at all.

The fastest I have seen here at VJ is 3 months, I think it's a January 2022 filer approved in April. Again, I am happy for this person, but not fair for those of us that submitted a very solid case, much earlier, and were assigned the same processing center. At this point it makes me wonder whether I can send a request for outside of processing times. Yes, I know I am well within processing times, but feel like trying if this makes a difference.
